“It’s a MUST visit.. thank me later.. it’s clean beauty made with care. Moisturizers , Bath products or shower steamers for yourself or house guests or something good in the holiday/ boo basket. I promise you once you use the soaps you will always come back for more.. the owner makes the soaps from scratch uses clean products , natural ingredients .. I love the oatmeal milk soap, lavender moisturizer and the sandalwood loofah soap..”
“Great place to get paintings & pictures framed and unique gifts. One negative would be that you have to pay for parking in order to park near Newburgh Mercantile.This was annoying because I was shopping at a local merchant in Newburgh to support a local business who has great products and picture framing service. It would seem that the City of Newburgh is not pro small business in my opinion.”

“If you’re stationary obsessed, or looking for someplace to browse, please stop into Zakka Joy. When I lived in the city, I loved shops like CW Pencil Enterprise and McNally Jackson. Zakka Joy always brings a smile to my face when looking for a gift because they bring in some neat, unique things that are interesting, high quality, thought provoking, tasty, and eco-friendly things I wouldn’t have thought to seek out.”
“Not kidding when I say I LOVE POSH. Their new beacon location is just as amazing as their new windsor. High quality and unique pieces for such reasonable prices. “This store is so busy in the warmer months, so I will thrilled to pop in on a cold weekday because it gave me time to really look around. Tim, the owner, was attentive, friendly, and very accommodating. He even put water in a vintage cocktail shaker to make sure it wouldn't leak. There is something for everyone and not something you will find just anywhere. He requests that you don't take photos in the shop as to protect the artisans and their work. Given the number of poor-quality knock-offs that appear on Amazon and elsewhere, I appreciate that. Want to see what they have, their IG is pretty good. Definitely a great escape from the city given all of the shops and cafés/restaurants that are open all year.”
“We stopped by to pick up some souvenirs at this local gift shop. The store was packed with candles, home decor, gifts, and other fun stuff. The shop keeper was friendly and informative. When she found out that we were visiting she offered some suggestions on places to visit. If you love candles, you should definitely visit this store as it had tons of fun and unique scents.”

“Visited this shop the weekend of my daughter's wedding, and I needed small gifts for the bride and groom (they wanted nothing large given the fact that were in the process of moving) and the employee (sorry I cannot remember your name), who was very intuitive and helpful, picked out the absolute perfect gifts that were meaningful, but not overwhelming. It's a great shop with unique items. The smallest gifts (and I am not talking diamonds) are often the most memorable. It's a year later....but THANK YOU.”

“Ordered from Edible Arrangements before, but only now writing a review of this place. Sad the one in Monroe closed. But all good, at least i can still get some nice chocolate dipped strawberries and fruit! They have lots of options, from strawberries, to a build your own fruit box, one can add things like stuffed animals, cake chocolate, a balloon, a custom made box, and various other things. only con is that it can be expensive, but if you get emails, one can use a coupon to lower the price. This time, that's what i did!
Ordered here for Father's Day, and got a Father's day box. Got it, was delivered on time on Father's Day (6/16/2024), and was worked with as to when to deliver it. Chocolate covered berries were very fresh and delicious! They did a great job! Plan on ordering again!”

“Witch Hazel is my ultimate favorite place in Beacon. I remember the first time I stepped in the shop and how nice Jill was. I bought deodorant, Taos which became one of my favorite products. In fact most of my favorite products for skincare are because of Witch Hazel. They have amazing products from lip sticks to eczema cream. My morning and night routine wouldn’t be the same without this magical shop. I highly recommend it to locals and anyone who is visiting Beacon.”
