I met the branch manager this morning, Kathleen, and she was very nice, personable and very helpful. I needed personal and business accounts and Kathleen took excellent care of me. “I like this bank every one of Staff are friendly and helpful. They have Personal Tellers inside the bank and outside at the Drive-Thru. They have Manager named Ryan very friendly and helpful inside the bank and Eugene who is Newburgh Branch Manager. They have inside ATM also. I like the Branch Headquarters they are very good to their Members. When you make your payments on time and never late they recognize you with an Incentive. Like lowering your interest on your purchases for 6 months to 5.99. They send you Recognition letters that means a lot to a Member that they Acknowledge your efforts to make sure your payments you have with them are paid on time. I am happy I chose this bank and have been with them since February 17, 2016. They are located on NY - Rte 300 (Union Ave). Their Office Hrs 8:30am - 6pmMonday - Friday. Saturday 8:30am till2pm Closed Sunday.Right behind the Bank there is other stores to shop in like PetSmart, Kohl's ànd a shortcut right into Adam's Fair Acre Farm Grocery store. “This is a people centric bank Although the tellers change frequently the middle management and above is focused on the credit union members. That's what the customers of the bank are called. It seems people matter to this bank. Some things that I need they can't do, like foreign money transfers but they do 90% of what I need.”

“Penfed's main customer service # routed to Lela at this branch, and she is a knowledgeable delight. I was hoping she could get credit for the sale in some way, but no she was just happy to be of help any way she could! Penfed has a great company culture and excellent rates (I got an autoloan in the past with them - I was told no origination fees or pre-payment penalty, and paid the loan off early without issue). Didn't know they had branches, and wish I had one near me!”
