“I was looking for a new bank and I liked the reviews I read about this bank. I met the branch manager this morning, Kathleen, and she was very nice, personable and very helpful. I needed personal and business accounts and Kathleen took excellent care of me. I highly recommend this bank.”
“I like this bank every one of Staff are friendly and helpful. They have Personal Tellers inside the bank and outside at the Drive-Thru. They have Manager named Ryan very friendly and helpful inside the bank and Eugene who is Newburgh Branch Manager. They have inside ATM also. I like the Branch Headquarters they are very good to their Members. When you make your payments on time and never late they recognize you with an Incentive. Like lowering your interest on your purchases for 6 months to 5.99. They send you Recognition letters that means a lot to a Member that they Acknowledge your efforts to make sure your payments you have with them are paid on time. I am happy I chose this bank and have been with them since February 17, 2016. They are located on NY - Rte 300 (Union Ave). Their Office Hrs 8:30am - 6pmMonday - Friday. Saturday 8:30am till2pm Closed Sunday.Right behind the Bank there is other stores to shop in like PetSmart, Kohl's ànd a shortcut right into Adam's Fair Acre Farm Grocery store. “(Reviewing specific location, not bank as a whole) helpful and friendly staff, has a drive through, free and wheel chair accessible parking. The only downside is that once the bank closes you cannot access the ATM (there is a card swipe to get in to the ATM after closinh but multiple people I know cannot get in with their citizens bank card)”

“I'm not a big fan of Key Bank as a company, but the tellers at this particular branch are something special.
To make a long story short, I went in today because my account was compromised. It's very difficult for me to get there due to a lack of transportation, and I learned that I wouldn't be able to withdraw my paycheck from there until the next day.
Under normal circumstances I'd be screwed because I cannot possibly make it to the branch tomorrow, I have no transportation and I'm on my last 20 bucks, so not only did the teller offer to literally drive my money to my house tomorrow, they even got me a ride back home today.
To say that those people went above and beyond to help me is an understatement. That key bank branch is ran by angels. If any of you are reading this thank you, I owe you one.
If anyone else from key bank is reading this, give those people some raises, they deserve it.”

“This is a good location, right on Main Street and easy to get to. There have been two tellers at the counters the few times I've been, so the wait is never bad. The tellers weren't particularly friendly but they were polite and efficient. There is also a drive through ATM. Unfortunately, that is the only ATM and there have been slight car congestion because of that.”

“As far as Chase banks go, this one is good. I have never had to wait more than a minute to see someone, and the staff are always friendly. It is clean, well-lit, and has an ATM drive through, as well as a 24 hour ATM in the lobby. It is a Chase, and it does the job.”

“Penfed's main customer service # routed to Lela at this branch, and she is a knowledgeable delight. I was hoping she could get credit for the sale in some way, but no she was just happy to be of help any way she could! Penfed has a great company culture and excellent rates (I got an autoloan in the past with them - I was told no origination fees or pre-payment penalty, and paid the loan off early without issue). Didn't know they had branches, and wish I had one near me!”
