The Zara store has the most inconvenient rule for the dressing rooms. They don't open them until 12pm.The store opens at 10:00 am; why would you want to walk the store for 2hrs before trying on clothes. Not customer friendly.

I've seen people with disabilities work faster and more efficiently than the employees and cashiers at this store.
The wait line is so long and the employees do not care. They take their sweet time seeing people in line frustrated and annoyed.
Dear Zara managment... hire better employees please. This is the last time that i ever step foot into this store. Never getting my business again!!!!. I feel dead inside after visiting this store. Worst shopping experience ever.

I bought clothes for my daughter she wore it one time and it ripped up after I went to the store and I showed the manager and I explained to her and she said she couldn't do anything and only said I'm sorry and if I had a recite and it it was unbelievable and very bad quality I recommend not to shop there I'm not going to bye anything there anymore.

The guy who works here at the registers is so rude. This is the 3rd time he was with an attitude and sending my girlfriend to the wrong part of the store to pick up her package instead of helping her which is his job. He needs to do his job right or get another one. He was working Tuesday June 18th at 7:40 for reference to management. This is the last straw, and we will not be back and we will make sure we let everyone know what horrible experiences we have had here.
