On november 7th at around 7pm i went into zara finished my shopping, when i went to pay the lady (black famela with a bun) asked for a phone number to continue the transaction i politely refused she said she cant bypass. Meaning im forced to give the number or no product can be sold to me?! What! So we left merchandise and left. Its not about pride is about principle. Smh ruined my day with that nonsense

So disappointed to ask for help and get several people pointing saying “it’s on a table.” After looking throughout the store on tables for a pair of jeans, I stopped by the fitting room only to find the manager not knowing her merchandise and also pointing saying “it’s on a table over there.” I only wanted to find the jeans to purchase along with several other items. I left the clothing in the fitting room and walked out. DO NOT SHOP HERE !

Had such a great experience, I had to write a review. Aubrey (I think was his name) went out of his way to help us today. So kind, so patient, and helped us figure out an issue with a return until it was solved. He didn’t have to do all he did, but it meant a lot to us. Kindness goes a long way. Thank you!

Shay, Bertie, and Kim were the most helpful and entertaining employees. They engaged in our conversation and helped my daughter pick out an outfit and it was wonderful. They have done better than any other employee I have met in and out of the store. They said they weren’t allowed to give names but they gave it anyway and i respect them for that. They were the most respectful and joyful girls I have met.

The store itself is great, very organized and I never have a problem finding anything.
However employee there by the name of James Williams made my experience towards the end at the transaction terrible. I asked James about a return and exchange I wanted to do. I don’t know how Zara exchanges work so I simply asked a question on if I would still get refunded the remaining amount of money owed or if the transactions had to be split and then I would just pay the difference and return the other item. James visibly got frustrated he had to explain how the return would work and then proceeded to snatch the shoes away. His attitude and demeanor changed completely and it was honestly disgusting. When I asked him to please watch his attitude he got super defensive and was being very passive aggressive. For someone that’s working in customer service I really hope he changes his attitude towards customers.

Very rude Manager trying to exchange a the same shirt for a different size and it was one day past the return policy.. She told me very nasty to “you should read the small print!!It Was two weeks after Christmas that is ridiculous!! Will never shop here again and my wife will not either!!

Extremely rude and unhelpful assistant store manager. Shirt has a 70% off sticker. Was in the the 70% off section. There were multiple size of the same shirt in various sizes. All were 70% off. However they would not honor it. When I explained it mislead me and I would buy the product for 70% as it’s labeled she said no. Would not recommend shopping here.

This place always closes early. I went there 5:45pm todayand the gate was already down and the manager apparently was not letting anyone in and it closes at 6pm. The workers there do not like to work, especially the gentleman with curly hair that always has an attitude.
