“All I can say is wow, I’m very glad I purchased my engagement ring at Ritani. After searching casually with my girlfriend for a year or so at both larger retailers and local jewelers as I was saving up and preparing to make the purchase, and getting a rough idea of what my budget was going to need to be to get what we wanted.. the hunt began to try and save a bit of money, as pricing of diamonds can literally be all over the map depending on where you look, it definitely pays to do some research.

After figuring out specs, size, shape etc.. I was able to find the stone I wanted at a great price which was awesome. My plan was to purchase a stone and then have a local shop do a custom design for the setting, who could service in the future, as I couldn’t really find exactly what I was looking for anywhere in terms of settings.. it made sense in my head, and I had plenty of time, so wasn’t afraid of some design lead time that may occur.

Once I committed to the stone at Ritani, and was ready to send the wire, I got an email from Annia with wire instructions, in addition to a question about what my plans with the loose diamond were, and I told her, and she offered to assist with the custom setting , which I was of course willing to entertain, to keep the whole process simple. On top of being extremely personable, she was incredibly helpful with working with the design team and putting together renderings based on my input via email thread that we had going back and forth, and was always prompt to answer my countless questions, and after a handful of adjustments and iterations, we nailed the design I had in mind and I was able to see a CAD rendering prior to final approval. Sent the final wire for the setting and the team got to work bringing it to life.

All in all, the team at Ritani was able to get it built and shipped out in significantly less time than I anticipated it might take before I started this whole journey, which was awesome, and I couldn’t be happier with how the final product turned out, pretty much spot-on how I saw it in my head. Only thing left to do is wait until vacation coming up to pop the question!

“Wow!!! Absolutely completely impressed by my watch repair. My watch was received at Movado on January 16th and by the 29th I had my watch back on my hand looking brand new again. I live in Florida so I was expecting a much longer turnaround time, so to have my watch back on my hand two weeks after they received is very nice. I had the crystal Sapphire replaced and a complete latch replacement and not only was I impressed with the turnaround time but the repair cost was very very reasonable.”
