That same day, I had intended to visit Pandora for a bracelet, but after being greeted rudely and receiving poor customer service (despite being a regular shopper there), I decided to take my business elsewhere. “What a wonderful local business! I had a few bad experiences with jewelers in Manhattan, but I feel really lucky to live near this place. I have only gotten some small repairs done and a new watch strap, but they were all reasonably priced and performed with a friendly charm. I have not bought any jewelry here, but maybe someday! The owner is easy to talk to and open about pricing, time, options, etc. A real breath of fresh air. For those who need immediate service on their own schedule with no regard whatsoever for the person giving it to them, may I suggest Amazon?”

“I had sent my watch in for repairs. They were very prompt in sending me the estimate. I sent out my money order to have it repaired. My money order was lost in the mail. When I contacted the company, Croton's employee, David, was extremely helpful. He explained what I needed to do. He followed up with prompt e-mails and phone calls. After sending in another money order, the repair was completed in a timely manner, David was kind enough to send me the tracking information and he followed up to ensure that I received the watch. It looks great, and David is definitely an asset to Croton Watch Group.”
