Wish i could give zero stars because how daft can a person be!! Its pouring rain outside all day why in God's name would the mail carrier leave the package that has a tremendous hole smack dab in the middle of it and in the back on the porch THAT IS EXPOSED TO THE RAIN!!!! This package csme from the #720 WNyack Road location... TRASH

Horrible staff, unorganized, sloppy, inconsistent, & RUDE LADY THAT WORKS THERE.This company gives many excuses, this lady working there always gives nasty attitude. They don’t care for your complaints. She will not help you.How is this facility open when they are always Unprofessional.Someone needs to resolve this.

My review is more about the USPS handling of our mail which happens to come to this facility. I think it is the processing facility but cannot say for sure. I just know that there is no other general mail option available and we need one! Miss way too many checks mailed to us and we can no longer get informed delivery. The non communication and closing of our case is on this location.

I never post reviews but something needs to be done. Last 3 time I came here it was closed During normal business hours. First was a lunch break at 1 o’clock which is posted. Last time was they ended the day at 2:30. Then today was completely closed even at 2:00 after their “lunch break”.

HORRIBLE attitudes and workers. RUDE and don't know their jobs. They replaced ALL the old staff and it RAPIDLY declined. Loud rap music at 9 a.m. no one up front. Everyone in back socializing and yelling over the music. It is dirty. Garbage overflowing. The "Post Master " is unqualified and all she gives is attitude. NO HELP whatsoever. This is the WORST PO. I have to leave my area just to get basic service. LAZY, as well!

These guys work hard! Day in day out. Has the pandemic taught us nothing? Have some patience, be polite, be respectful to others and you will get treated with respect. These people complain about the littlest of things. I’ve seen people talk down to and abuse the staff that works there. If someone comes into your place of business/ work and disrespects you(bad reviews) how would you handle it? Exactly. Stop being disrespectful towards the staff there due to the color or their skin. Stop using your privilege to justify your infantile behavior. For the life of GOD these people worked day in and day out during the pandemic. While your privilege narcissistic behinds stay home getting fat, lazy, mindless on how to treat other humans with respect. West Nyack Post Office You Rock !!!!

SHEREENA gave us the worst service possible. She was very rude, sarcastic and terrible person. And the way she gave instructions was just very rude. She was the most rude person out of all the workers at the post offce. This has to be 0 stars.

Literally terrible service. Waited 20 mins to get stamps.... One customer in front of me. The staff member lacked ambition and it is horrible. I left. No stamps. Drove to different post office. Embarrassing. If you don't want to work, stay home
