store is really dirty and the employees aren't very nice. tried to return a few things and they get really annoyed

The manager of this store is a joke. Shelves are messy and nobody knows anything. Worst part is the checkout. 1 line for self service or cashiers. People who want 1 or the other are sent to the next whatever. I have left there without my purchase 4 times. Spoke to a manager who said I don't see a problem.
