I love getting gifts for people from Swarovski, but not at the Palisades Mall Swarovski. Most of the staff are downright rude. They used to have nice people working there. 90% of the staff is rude. They can't even tell you what kind of metal the jewelry is made from. I was the only customer and yet I was rushed. I spent over $400 to be rushed into picking something. I don't like that they pile necklaces on top of one another on displays. I picked out a necklace and when I got home, I realized it had scratches all over the back side of the pendant from the other metal chains that it rubbed against. It was the last one in the store and I purchased the display necklace. I am going to go back and return it and order it online. As much as I love Swarovski, I now know that I should leave the store when the sales person keeps saying, "Have you chosen anything yet?"... 5 times in 10 minutes and you get the 'stink eye' if you don't hurry up! It's better to buy it online and have it shipped if you are not in a rush. The biggest problem I have with the staff, is that some of them won't give you a chance to just look and think about what you would like to buy. You can't think for all the... "Did you choose something yet?" questions that are thrown at you every two minutes. No eye contact and unfriendly. It's as if they are doing you a favor to even talk to you. Who trains these people? It's a horrible experience. I like the jewelry, but I'm giving this store 2 stars, because most of the staff is horrible and I hate going in there. In the last 2 years, only 2 staff members were nice to my husband and I. My husband has gone by himself into the store and comes home saying... "What is wrong with the sales people in that store?". He was buying a relative a gift. So, it's not just me. He doesn't like the experience either.

This store is AMAZING!!! The staff is welcoming and friendly. They have a great selection. It's hard not to buy the entire store! Love it here!

After reading the one star reviews on Yelp, I was hesitant to go to this store. The store was spotless and the merchandise was beautifully displayed. My experience with Michael, the store manager, and Edith was outstanding. They couldn't possibly have been more pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend this location.

Edith who says she was "the manager on duty" was extremely rude, and not helpful at all. There were a pair of earrings on the display the spins, which I picked up and asked for the price, she said they weren't on sale. So then I was looking around and thought I saw the SAME EXACT earrings in the locked window, which were marked "20% off" and I asked her to tell me the price, and they were on sale. Going forward she tried to tell me they weren't the same and I proved to her they were, then she blamed it on someone else who "displayed" them wrong - although i showed her online that they were on sale! I should have been honored the price and given the 20% discount, but she refused. I asked to speak to her manager and she said he was on vacation. Such a horrible experience in this store!

Two girls behind the counter were more focused on talking s*** about another girl that "left early" and her relationship than helping customers. My bf and I so annoyed by the loud gossiping that we didn't even bother buying anything and left. Very unprofessional. Disappointed because I saw many things I happily would have purchased if the employees weren't too busy having their own bitchy convo

Purchased a gift at this store and had a pleasant experience, even had some issues that Keyry (the name on my receipt) helped me with. She was very helpful, friendly and efficient. Would shop at again.

Any brick and morter needs to step up to compete with online. That means if you do not have it at your store, you should instantly have every stores stock listing. That way you can offer to have the other store hold it, ship it to you or to the store you are currently in. If Swarovski has this it was not offered.

I called Sunday for some help on a lifelong heart ring and the woman who answered was extremely helpful. I think her name was Catherine, She had what I was looking for and also put out a few additional options just in case I didn't want what I originally intended to buy. Great saleswoman and made my purchase with ease. Thank you so much Catherine.
