Beware of their service department. Believe the negative reviews. Had 3 bad experience with them. Attitude from the manager as if I’m getting free services when I pay out of pocket. Shame on you. YOU WILL NEVER GET MY MONEY EVER AGAIN!!!!

Entered my mileage as 32k instead of 23 into Hyundais system by accident the last time I did an oil change and they refused to acknowledge it despite me confirming their mistake with Hyundai corporate. Never getting service here again.

The worst! They sell these fantastic warranties but when it comes time to make use of it, or even inquire about it, nobody calls you back. Will never buy from here again.

My sister’s vehicle was towed here after her brand new Hyundai Sante fe blew a code of a throttle body problem supposedly. It wound up being towed to a different Hyundai service… that service department ran the vehicle on their system.. only to find out that Rockland Hyundai cleared the code and the history! That is messed up! They knew the vehicle was being towed where it was bought originally! They said the vehicle was test driven twice and the code popped up twice?? How??!!?? The vehicle had 329 miles on it when it got originally towed and still 329 miles when it showed up at the other service department. They took vehicle apart in front of us only to find out there is nothing wrong with the vehicle because they can’t diagnose what they can’t see because everything was cleared on purpose! Rockland Hyundai Service. Do not have any vehicle serviced here…Update: the vehicle is doing great because there was absolutely nothing wrong with it! They can’t be people that know cars and what car parts do and how they function!

I took my sons car here for a recall a few months ago on his 2022 Sonata Hybrid and my wife's 2022 Tuscon Hybrid yesterday, and I was treated very good both times. No complaints at all. They even drove me home to Bergen County when I dropped off my car yesterday. They reminded me of a free service I was willing to pay for so got that for free. Very positive overall. Our family now has three cars from this location. I normally hate shopping for cars and most often feel like I'm being taken advantage of. Rockland Hyundai is different and employees are great. Service is great as well. I have no complaints.

They literally never have any availability! Need to book months in advance. Even though you're covered under a warranty.

I have done business with both Hyundai services departments in Mahwah, NJ and Rockland Hyundai. Rockland Hyundai wins by far! My daughter is leaving for college at the end of the week and her engine light came on. not only did I get an appointment within the week, they ordered the parts necessary and fixed the problem within 12 hours of dropping her car off. Shout out to Chris in the service department for empathizing with our situation and getting the job done quickly. I will always return to Rockland Hyundai after this pleasant experience. Chris went above and beyond to fulfill my request of having my daughter's car ready for her to take to school. Thank you!

I have new found faith in people because of the level of care and help I received from the Rockland Hyundai Service Department. My vehicle was brought to them for engine trouble, turns out that car had a factory defect and they helped me dispute the warranty dept. Albert was a true advocate and he went above and beyond to help me. I am forever grateful and recommend them 100%.Service: Engine repair

I bought my Santa Fe 2023 from a different dealership a few days ago! There was nothing with the vehicle as it’s was brand new! For the next few days everything was great until I grove the vehicle to get gas, next thing I knew I have a engine light now, and I’m loosing acceleration. I had to pull over into a save area and have my vehicle stowed to the near Hyundai service which was Rockland Hyundai. The next thing I know is that Rockland Hyundai service said I needed a new throttle body! Now can that be! It’s a brand new vehicle it’s only 6 days old!They were telling me it would take weeks to months to get the part. As I’m going on vacation in a few days! I couldn’t even rent a car. There were no rental available! Then other Rockland service tech is telling me to tow the car back to where I got it from.which is liberty Hyundai. Ok so I did that! . Next thing I know is that Rockland Hyundai clear my system and history. Why would they do that? It’s was almost impossible for Rockland to email a copy the diagnostic report. Liberty Hyundai could not find anything wrong with the vehicle. They test drove the car 2 twice for over 45 mins ran reports of the car and nothing came up! They even had more than one tech look at the car. Liberty is saying this vehicle is in perfect condition! Why is Rockland saying I need a part when liberty is saying service center is no?

We went to just look at a new Venue. We were greeted by Michael Luciano and he showed us one. We made a fantastic deal but wanted to think. We went home and decided knowing it was not in stock. Michael was on top of this and when it came in it exceeded our expectations. We left with the vehicle and terms as promised. Best car buying experience ever

BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!!Rockland Hyundai is a fine place to purchase a car, but not their service department.For starters, I made my appointment to have my weather seal, tune up, transmission and brakes repaired. It's already been two plus months or so and when I checked up back with them in person, they said my vehicle was ready but when I drove it, it was worse than before when I had dropped it off to them two plus months ago. It was not even drivable. I was turned away when arriving to my appointment because they did not have the necessary parts, but they said they would call when the part is available.Despite all this, we also found out that they have hired a bunch of NON-ASE Certified youngsters to do the mechanic work, where they are making the customer vehicles worse. Additionally, I emailed my Service Advisor for this to be updated and nothing has changed till current day and date. They act like manufacturer don't make the parts anymore. It’s been over 60 days since the appointment and I still do not have my vehicle back in fully well-fixed condition, have no information about when the part may be available, or any updates at all about the vehicle made in worse condition than before. What I surely feel is that this is all their corrupt plan to sell new vehicle by making it look like manufacturing don't make parts for your vehicle after some time, but the fact is that there are so many people driving vehicles that are much older than mine with no issues on repairs and parts!!!My sincere and humble advice to all Hyundai Vehicle Owners, Please go anywhere else to get your Hyundai Vehicle Serviced.Hope this helps all Hyundai Vehicle Owners.
