I took my sons car here for a recall a few months ago on his 2022 Sonata Hybrid and my wife's 2022 Tuscon Hybrid yesterday, and I was treated very good both times. No complaints at all. They even drove me home to Bergen County when I dropped off my car yesterday. They reminded me of a free service I was willing to pay for so got that for free. Very positive overall. Our family now has three cars from this location. I normally hate shopping for cars and most often feel like I'm being taken advantage of. Rockland Hyundai is different and employees are great. Service is great as well. I have no complaints.

I have done business with both Hyundai services departments in Mahwah, NJ and Rockland Hyundai. Rockland Hyundai wins by far! My daughter is leaving for college at the end of the week and her engine light came on. not only did I get an appointment within the week, they ordered the parts necessary and fixed the problem within 12 hours of dropping her car off. Shout out to Chris in the service department for empathizing with our situation and getting the job done quickly. I will always return to Rockland Hyundai after this pleasant experience. Chris went above and beyond to fulfill my request of having my daughter's car ready for her to take to school. Thank you!

We went to just look at a new Venue. We were greeted by Michael Luciano and he showed us one. We made a fantastic deal but wanted to think. We went home and decided knowing it was not in stock. Michael was on top of this and when it came in it exceeded our expectations. We left with the vehicle and terms as promised. Best car buying experience ever

I had my car towed here from Central Ave Hyundai which is incompetent. I have a 21 Kona EV which stopped taking a charge. They diagnosed the problem the same day and ordered the necessary part. My car will be ready in 1 week. They made the whole process pleasant and were about service. They will be seeing me again for service and sales.

Drove brand new Palisade off the lot. Less than 17,000 miles later the tires are bald. The reply from Hyundai was tough luck not our problem call the tire company. So clearly they do not care about repeat customers because I will never use this dealership or Hyundai again.As a follow up to Joseph's comment below. This car was serviced at the same mechanic we have used for 10 years. This dealership blames everyone but themselves for the product they sell. Clearly they do not care about customer service or the quality of the product because as they replied to another review "The tires came from the factory"Nothing says great dealership like not having accountability for the $40,000 car you sold or the potential repeat customer that will never use your dealer again.

Not very honest when it comes to sales. I called regarding a CPO car that was listed at $22889. After I insisted they give me the out the door pricing before I waste my time & come in they said that the $22889 price I see on THEIR website is only if I finance it through them. If I dont finance, and pay cash, then the car is $26995, $4100 more.I asked them why it doesnt say that anywhere on website & they basically said tough luck.Very dishonest website pricing & I would not recommend.

You should never do business w/ @HyundaiRockland. They never returned the plates to the car I turned in. After notice from DMV telling me they would suspend my registration & license they promised to take care of it. I mistakenly trusted them.Instead, nothing was done. DMV sent me a latter today can't drive *any* of my other cars immediately & my license will be suspended thanks to their stupidity. I of course have no record because they never gave me a receipt for the plates. I'll have to spend a day with DMV to try to figure this out. It's going to cost me money in fines, several days and the cost of getting something to drive to DMV. All because someone couldn't do the one thing he offered to do, send the plates to DMV and then worse, promise it would be taken care of.Worse experience of leasing a car. If you do buy a car, certainly don't use that guy *and* take you plates.New Year off to a great start, thanks Rockland Hyundai. You couldn't get me to let you change the oil on my car, I'd probably end up with points on my license.

Went down to shop for a new car.We were greeted by Victor Sanchez who was very professional and was able to get us out of lease and put us in a brand new car.Scott and Jennifer also helped with financing and also getting us a rebate.We are extremely happy with how well we were taken care of.I will recommend this car dealer to all my friends and family.Also want to thank Dominque for setting up our appointment.
