Had a great experience with Rockland auto with our used car purchases. They have a great selection of cars within varying price ranges, makes and models. The finance person was absolutely awesome as well. Overall the experience was great so much so we ended up purchasing 2 family vehicles within a short time. There were a few follow up items with the cars which were addressed immediately by Rockland and their mechanics once we advised them.

Decent value on the vehicle (van). but this place has bad communication skills, doesn't let you get your mechanic to check the vehicle out first, didn't disclose that our vehicle purchase was used as a taxi/cab, only included 1 key with a non-functioning FOB, and had an AC that blasted warm air.
Icing on the cake? Tom told us he spent extra time cleaning out the vehicle... but somehow left a broken tail light in the back along with a collection of old car bumpers.
Happy with the van now that I've spent an extra $1,250+ fixing issues that would have been avoided if we could have showed this to a mechanic before purchasing. Wouldn't shop here again though.

So far it was quick and easy, very straight forward. N hidden fees and decent selection of cars at decent to good prices. More workers needed though but for the most part good.

IN PROGRESS: Found a used SUV that I wanted & called there and made contact with Tom. Paid a $500 deposit on the vehicle because I really wanted it & the CARFAX was clean. When I went to see the vehicle 3 days later, it was as pictured although it had minor problems which I pointed out to Tom & he said they would be fixed by time I pick the vehicle up.I will be picking the vehicle up soon & will update. Vehicle is being purchased cash, not financed.

I make an appointment to look at a vehicle at 5PM. They have an appointment with someone else made to look at the same vehicle 30 minutes later. I arrive at 4:55 to meet Tom and the 5:30 appointment is there already. Talk about awkward when the three of us are standing there staring at each other and rather than offering an apology the salesman says "what do you want to here? Do you want the truck?" I didn't even get to look the truck over. Bad attitude and bad scheduling.

Terrible communications! We were told the car would be ready last Thursday so my family and I made plans to make sure the car would be picked up. On Thursday, we were told a headlight was needed. A week later the car was allegedly ready to be picked up. It wasn't. We waited in the parking lot and sales room WHERE NO ONE WORE MASKS, for over an hour. At no time we were told why the wait was so long when it was supposed to be quick in and out. Horrible communication especially from Tom D' Amore. Terrible. Do not recommend. And here we are 22 days later and my daughter needs a new battery for this car. What's next?

I was there one rainy evening in February to view two cars. I was pleased
