Went in there to ask about an appliance and was treated terribly by one of male owners. He kept answering phone instead of helping me. I told him I tried to call and phones weren't working. He cursed and told me what's he supposed to do not answer the phone. He also asked if I was a state worker which was very strange. He said computers were also not working and if I wanted help to come back later. He called me an asshole as I was walking out. In 50 years living in Rockland County I have never been treated so poorly as a customer. I will never ever buy anything from these people again. Worst customer service experience in my life.How has this place stayed in business???

Great experience. Sales person (Joann)was very helpful in giving us options that would fit our space and giving us all information about how to prepare for delivery etc. price was same as big box stores that provide no service. Delivery and removal was all included. Delivery team was friendly, efficient and perfect (space was difficult to negotiate but they were pros. Thank you so much!

The worst place! I have given them many chances and over and over their products are used defective and just never in working order. My last item a stainless fridg I purchased was over a few months ago had it in my kitchen unopened until my kitchen was completed, plugged it in and would not get cooler than 50 degrees! Tried every setting trouble shooting, nothing helped. Called the store and they stated the warranty from them was up and nothing they could do or would do. So basically I'm out $700, donated to a church who was capable of repairing it. Stay away from these unethical dishonest store.

We had a whole new kitchen renovation done and got a jenn air dishwasher. We had nothing but issues, jenn air sent out service techs but the dishwasher never fully worked well. We went back and forth for a year with Jenn air and even had a whole new unit replaced. Finally called Brian, who discovered an improper electrical instillation and finally fixed our problem. Stopped by to look for a new dishwasher have done business with them occasionally for a number of years not anymore. Lady behind desk was helping a customer but never even acknowledged that we were there waiting. Waited for a 1/2 hr then left . Poor customer service , she could have at least acknowledged us while we waited.

I've been going there from Time to Time for over 10 yrs.. It is a Mom and Pop business located just off of Rte. 59w in West Nyack N.Y..They have a Nice Variety of Kitchen Appliances like Fridges, Freezers Stoves Etc..But, They also have a Nice Variety, of Popular Replacement Parts as Well. And, on the Occasion they Don't have it in stock they can usually get it pretty Quickly.A Big Thumbs Up, ????

Our dishwasher broke. Brain assessed the problem and couldn’t be repaired reasonably. Placed my name on a Bosch 300 series due to ship. I get a call within 2 weeks and installed 1 week later. Everything went seamlessly and dishwasher delivered with no damage. Installed professionally. I rather deal with these people than Home Depot. Much more reliable. Wishing everyone the same experience
