After having a bad experience with our oldest a few years for his 1 year visit at another location, I was mortified on having to taking our second child for blood work. The office is clean and organized. There was absolutely no wait time! Annamma, who drew our daughter's blood, was personable, kind, caring and quick! She only stuck the needle in once she was positive she was able to get the vein. The other technician (forgive me, I did not catch her name), was also caring as she held my daughter's hand and spoke kindly to her throughout the whole time. Annamma was truly professional and has put my mind as a mother at ease regarding blood work for the future for both children. It is a true blessing to have a technician who makes it so easy and quick!

My recent visit to Quest Diagnostics was a wonderful experience. The office staff was absolutely wonderful. The staff is very professional, gracious, and kind. I will not hesitate to use their services in the future.

Great experience. FYI the suite is 411. Nice clean office, automated check in via kiosk or text. Nice phlebotomist. Quick and efficient service. Online portal to see your results and schedule appts is a bonus. Would 100% use again.

google map data is incorrect, leads you to a residential neighborhood. Quest labs are in the 2 Crosfield ave building in suite #411 not suite #419.that said the actual office experience was great, super quick and efficient. office was nice and clean and my phlebotomist was fantastic.

I had an incredible experience at this specific Quest - and NO, not all Quest's are created equal, not even close actually! I am 7 months pregnant and do not live in the New York area, but I needed help to get a particular test done and the woman working there was so friendly, comforting, and organized. She walked me through each step of the process and couldn't have been a greater joy to work with. I can't rave about her enough. The facility is also very modern and super clean!

After two awful experiences at the White Plains location, I had a wonderfully positive experience here. The facility is clean, well taken care of, they respect the appointment times, and the phlebotomist (Altijana (sp?)) was so wonderful and careful and kind with me, taking extra care to ease my leftover fears from the previous times.

MY SON AND I WENT TO QUEST DIAGNOSTICS ON 420 MARKET STREET NANUET, NY 10954 TO HAVE OUR BLOOD WORK DONE, WE WERE GREETED WITH HOSTILITY BY THE STAFF (THE SKINY INDIAN LADY AND THE AFRICAN AMERICAN LADY). THEY WERE SO NASTY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ZERO!!! THE ENVINROMENT WAS SO UNFRIENDLY THAT WE HAD TO LEAVE THE PLACE WITHOUT HAVING OUR BLOOD WORK DONE. WE WENT TO ANOTHER LOCATION ON 2 CROSSFIELD AVENUE #419, WEST NYACK NY AND WERE WELCOMED WITH FRIENDLY GESTURE AND RESPECT BY YOUR REPRESENTATIVE NAMED ALTIJANA. SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND IN MAKING SURE THAT WE WERE TAKEN CARE OFF. IT WAS LIKE NIGHT AND DAY. ALTIJANA WAS VERY FRIENDLY, PROFFESSIONAL AND EXCELLENT FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHE IS A BIG ASSET FOR THE ORGANIZATION. I WILL RECOMMEND THE 2 CROSSFIELD AVENUE #419, WEST NYACK NY LOCATION TO ANY ONE ANY TIME. THANKS
