Too many patients, not enough time. I wasnt able to speak with my doctor about new problems I was having. The staff was friendly and helpful but they seemed understaffed as I had to wait for one of the receptionists finish a phone call.

Been attending this practice ~10 years. I have been extremely happy with both Dr. Hodes & Dr. Olivero. They really take the time to listen & provide excellent care. The W.Nyack office use to have some issues with long wait times but this has greatly improved over the last few years. Highly recommended.

I loved Dr. Hodes when i was seeing him. I'm afraid since he no longer sees patients, things have gone down hill. Can't even get a call back - takes days. I'm finding the telehealth app on my phone to be more useful to be honest. That is truly unfortunate.

Im having breathing issues due to covid19 and Dr.hodes said its all in my head and im stressed and to “read a book”

Horrible and rude office staff.Much better choice's for medical service in Rockland.I even hate to leave even one star.Train your staff on customer service.
