While the reps there are tolerant, their internet service is intermittent and weak. The office is excellent at selling the upgrades and accessories to increase connectivity but it doesn't work. Their field service agents also professional but again myself. neighbors and neighboring towns are experiencing a low quality service while the price keeps increasing. One particular annoyance is we are told "Optimum doesn't charge for the days of no internet" Problem is even with 8 days of NO internet the monthly price shows no evidence of decreasing.Right after this review I went to Optimum again because our internet has been going out daily and the fees are absurd. It was explained that Optimum only gives credit to customers whose internet goes out for the entire day. { Our internet goes out for 7 to 12 hours at a time, causing me to go to a mall or Starbucks to complete my work assignments. ] So I cannot get a credit for shoddy connectivity and I don't understand why their commercials are misinforming the public.

All I can say Optimum is much better than Verizon. Except for the fact that they forgot to send my the $250 gift card promised when I moved and transferred my services.

Worst experience ever at the store. The lines are long and the manager is very rude to the customers. I canceled my service today.Upgraded to fiber optics yesterday and the Tech left knowing the TV wasn't working. I spent the next 4 hours on the phone with six different techs 4 of them cut the call off. The final tech said engineering would call be back in 48hrs and I was without any TV. WTH?

Been a customer since 2007 and just downgraded to internet only. Soon I will be switching that to Version. Worst service ever and no one can help you with any problems you have. I was on the phone for hours the other day and my phone calls got dropped 5 times. Also they are very rude in the store to their customers. Bye!!

Taking advantage of their customers they keep raising peoples bills !!!! Even the acp isn’t much … tells u they lower ur bill and find out when the bill comes in they never lowered it….. rip off. This place is a rip off they tell u once again forThe last 7 months they have lowered my bill when they didn’t ….. customer is always right ….. they take advantage this place is a rip off anymore complaints anybody has please file with the bbb

Melissa works at the west nyack store she gave me the best customer service i can ask for she helped with my mobile took her time the most delightful person always smiling i will definitely be visiting that store again ?

Wonderful technician named Woodley stopped in to check my television today. He was courteous, helpful, professional, and very patient. He resolved the issue while being interrupted numerous times by my 21 month old granddaughter. Like her grandmother, she also found him to be very warm and friendly. Thank you Woodley.

Prices go up, service inconsistent. Some people mean well ,and try hard for you, but not all staff come through when you have a problem with your home service.

I contacted them back in December to cancel my subscription and I was promised all these upgrades to my service to stay as a customer. After 3 weeks I called again because I never received any upgrades . This time I was told that package is not available any more so after spending two hours on the phone I cancelled. Horrible customer service.
