Old Navy in West Nyack is a typical, reasonably priced store with a wide variety of clothing for the whole family. The store is organized and clean, with plenty of sizes and many helpful people. Staff are described as friendly, professional, patient, understanding, and accommodating, even during busy times or renovations. Customers find the employees helpful for explaining promotions, finding items, and resolving concerns quickly. While lines can sometimes move slowly, the overall experience is positive, with many customers stating they would return. It is a nice location in the mall with so many clothes to pick from.
Maya may be the best employee I've ran into at this or any old navy location. She was super helpful with my wife's purchase and was really polite. She explained our discounts and billing so perfectly that we bought more stuff right after she rang us up!

Christian was amazing! He was so helpful when explaining my supercash. He even helped my friend out with her transaction. He welcomed every guest in the store and helped me find my size and color on a busy Sunday afternoon. Retail needs more Christians! Thank you!!!
