“I went to this Verizon store when my phone had an issue that I was unable to resolve with the customer care representative through the Verizon Help Center. While I’d had an unhappy experience at this particular store in the past, I went back as the location was convenient and I had heard that there were different people working there now, nicer and more honest. And they were right. Chaim and Freddie were not only nice but very competent; and Avi, who replaced Freddie when he moved on to further his education, is equally nice and competent.Since then, Chaim, Freddie, and Avi have taken great care of me, which I especially appreciate since I have health issues that make it even more difficult for me to deal with the frustrations of electronic devices. I know that if I need help, all I have to do is call them. In fact, on many occasions they assisted me over the phone rather than have me come to the store, which is not always easy for me.
