Absolutely scam artists. They charged me $120 to replace my screen, which broke in a week. I went back and they denied liability, charging me $90 to replace it again. When I got my phone back, the speaker no longer worked, making the phone useless for calls, plus there was a white spot on the LCD. Again, they denied liability, and said they'd have to charge me to fix it, but there's no way I'm giving them money to break my phone again. I'm genuinely surprised they are allowed to do business.

We changed the screen and the screen stopped working the next day. We came back because there was supposed to be a 30 day warranty, but they said that it wasn't a defect and that it was all our fault.

Barely lasted a few days without noticing glitching issues on a new screen. They’ll lie through the nose just to take your money. Highly do not recommend poor poor quality goods used.

BEWARE!!! TOTALLY STAY AWAY FROM THIS "MOBILE COUTURE".The White Dude with somewhat short hair kinda bald ugly looking was only nice to talk to me in the beginning when I asked about screen protector & after he changed the screen protector & charged my credit card, his whole behavior changed towards me & I saw the same behavior from him towards other customer there too. Not sure if he has mental issues. Not sure if he is the owner or manager of this Kiosk Location but he was behaving very rudely when question was asked after paying & seemed like he didn't want to answer question & kept rushing me, including few other customers who came after me. After that I walked a bit far away & watched him, he behaved the same with other customers in similar rude manner. If you have people like him, all you will get is loss of business due to bad experience and when customers want answer, you should really take time to answer them kindly & not be rude, that's good customer service.ADDITIONALLY, THEY WERE OVERCHARGING EVERYONE COMING THERE. Online you get 2-3 good quality screen protectors for $10 & they charge between $13 & $17 for one. RIP OFFS & VERY RUDE IMPOLITE CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO.THEY ARE NOT VERY TECH SAVVY EITHER. ESPECIALLY THE WHITE DUDE!!!

Fixed my phone here today. Just wanted to start off by saying, the service here is absolutely amazing. They replaced the front and back of my iPhone 13 and did an outstanding job on it. In addition, they then later included a strong case and glass screen protector for a great price. After my visit to mobile couture today I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you Gentlemen.

bad service rude pushy manager the screen they put in glitches from day 1 they charge the same amount as apple does dont be fooled go to apple first orelse youll be stuck with a bad quality non compatable part.

Owner don't granted guarantee. I paid $400 for an screen which came with water marks. Seems fine because you don't notice on every page. Please don't go there..

TERRIBLE!!! if I could take stars away, I would!!I went in with a slightly cracked screen corner on my IPhone to have it replaced. The phone itself was working perfectly fine. I ultimately ended up returning to the kiosk, and having the same phone screen, replaced three times!! IN 3 DAYS!!!! After the last time, I gave it a full hour before it started acting funny yet again but I couldn’t return for another week. By the time I actually returned, I my phone had actually been damaged once again, in the same spot from trying to slide the screen up! It’s slid straight out of my hands! When I returned to the shop to finally get my money back, the manager explained that they don’t refund… the only thing he could offer was to replace the screen yet again. For the 4th time, the employees are super incompetent.

These guys are no good! I took my working Surface pro 6 for a new glass and said they can fix it in 2 days. Turns out they damaged it worse. After 2 weeks of waiting they still could not get it fixed. When they returned it the touch screen was not working at all, my information was wiped out god knows how or why, and they only gave me an old surface pro 5 as collateral. DO NOT GET SERVICE FROM THEM.

These people (and referring to them as people, is truly insulting to the human race as a whole, because mentally competent individuals would not run a business with the level of callousness, incompetence, and utter disregard for any semblance of customer service as the creatures that operate Mobile Couture). To keep things short, I brought my phone in for a simple screen repair, and when they returned it the SIM card was no longer being read. Mind you when I brought the phone to them the only issue was a cracked screen NOT a broken SIM card reader. After the inconvenience and frustration of the Mobile Couture employees insisting that it was a SIM card malfunction, I ended up bringing my phone to another repair shop to look into the SIM card issue that Mobile Couture caused. It turns out they destroyed my phone's ability to read the SIM card by replacing my broken screen with a faulty one. In summary, don't go to this place, they are truly scammers. They will use old and degraded parts to fix your phone, likely causing more issues than you came in with.

Stay away from Mobile Couture. They over charge and are incompetent. I went to them, to replace a broken screen. When they returned the phone it wasn't working. They said it wasthe Sim card it was not. They installed the screen incorrectly.
