I wasn’t told before purchasing my item that it was a no exchange or no refund policy I travel from far to come back to the store to make an exchange and I was turned down not cool at all and my purchase wasn’t cheap for one shirt .. I will never shop there again .. the employee that work the time I went by which is on a Tuesday at 4:30 pm wasn’t to nice about my concerns either . Thanks for a bad customer service

My boyfriend and I used to shop here in ridge hill. I came back to the location and saw that they re located to a store in tarrytown which was about a 10 min drive from the old location. When I walked in, the owner was there. She energetically greeted me and proceeded to welcome me into the new store with much enthusiasm. The owner was very knowledgeable about all of the products sold. I consider to be a bit of a hype beast myself and was super into the various limited edition gear that decorated the store. I am not mad at pricing because if you want to get a dope product right there and then, that’s what you have to pay. Anyone who shops for these items know this. This store is an amazing asset to Westchester where we lack trendy stores unless you want to travel to the bronX. But who wants to go that far?

This store is nothing but an Amazing experience just to walk into, the vibe and the presentation of the store is beyond amazing so modern and just a masterpiece. The best sneaker store I’ve been to and I’ve been to them all. 100% recommend this place to everyone.

Not sure who is managing this store but I went in ready to spend at least 1000 on two pairs of sneakers for my husband and daughter—both with me—and the gentleman working there couldn’t have been less interested in helping us. He handed my husband an unlaced shoe that he had to struggle to lace up in order to try on as the guy stood behind the counter and watched. Sadly my husband really liked the shoe (it was his birthday, and this was his intended gift) but I refused to give my money to this store. Perhaps customer service isn’t your thing—but with those price tags, I have to believe you’d do better if it was.

These prices are outrageous they are marking up the prices too much Direct Kicks is a much better option. They are marking up shoes 300 dollars more than what they are worth and I had a terrible time there. The employee was less than happy to help me find a shoe that I liked and was affordable

One of the best experiences I’ve had with sneaker stores. As soon as I walked in I got greeted and they let me walk around and do my thing. I asked if they had my size in taupe haze 4 and raging bull 5. In seconds they said yes and asked if I would like to try on. As soon as I tried them on I knew I wanted them paid they said thank you and sent me on my way. Definitely coming back and you guys should too. Thank you Levitate

Highly over priced ..CHECK ONLINE BEFORE PURCHASING!! All sales are final and will not allow you to exchange sizes when purchase was made with them or make a return. The average mark up is $200 what the shoe is actually worth. You are over charged for a sneaker and aren’t allowed a size exchange, a return, a swap..NOTHING.All in all bad business!

This place is amazing with everything they have and all the shoes and stock is just straight Heat!! The lighting is amazing and just everything in the store is just top notch!! The workers were so friendly and generous on helping me updated on all the new styles and fashion. I will be back very soon to buy more and more!!!!!!
