If I could give negative stars I would, called this dealership to see if they had the car I wanted on the lot was told yes, made an appointment to look at the car and asked them to call me if anything changes. NO call from them so I assume they still have the car (which was over an hour drive from me) I get there and the salesman was so old he couldn’t even use the technology needed to purchase a car at this point. I waited there for OVER an hour was put through the paces of purchasing a car, when it was about time for the test drive an hour and a half into this interaction I was told the car sold YESTERDAY!!! Seriously??? You would think the first thing you do when someone comes in to buy a car is make sure you have it right? Nope. Not this dealership. So I’ve now wasted 3 hours driving there talking to the salesman and driving home, not one single apology from the salesman about what happened. Completely insane horrible customer service I would NEVER do business here even if they called me back today and said they got the car I wanted. -10/10

I must give a huge shoutout to Oliver, the outstanding salesman who made the experience exceptional. Dawon was a great help in finding me a new car. I came in with a couple cars in mind to get and after test driving them both I made a decision and he helped me figure out the best option for my price range. It was a very easy process with Dawon for something that can sometimes be difficult. He was very knowledgeable on the cars as well. Thank you Dawon!

Zero stars for Kia of west Nyack. Horrendous customer service. This place is sketchy at best. Car in for a simple 1 hour labor recall. Day three car still there. not one phone call initiated by Kia of West nyack relating to my vehicles status. After not getting a call Wednesday to pick up my car I called thursday morning they INFORMED me they were doing other work and it was talking longer. Only one problem . I didnt authorize anything to be done other than the recall I brought the car there for initially. No call Friday so I call Friday at 5 the girl said everyone went home. . I am now furious that I have never been reached out to at all now my car is being held hostage till saturday morning because service leaves at 5. I asked the representatives name that answers the phones she refused to give me her name. Unacceptable behavior. I brought my car there because it was close and it was a simple recall. BIG MISTAKE.. Too many good kia dealerships around to risk this hassle again. Follow my lead and find different dealership you'll appreciate it.

I recently got an oil change from this dealership and found out I needed to change out my brake pads. For brake pad replacement, brake fluid and an oil change, this establishment tried charging me upwards of $1100!! Of course that's absurd, with the help of two lovely gentleman -- Steph & Mike -- my price was brought to $988. That's right, still nearly $1K. We went back and forth for hours on the pricing and before we landed at a final price the work was done so I didn't really have a choice but to pay. What appalled me was that although the parts were less than $400, I was charged $700 for 6hrs worth of labor when this job took no less than 1 hour realistically to do. It was explained to me that this is just standard procedure to charge 2hrs worth of labor for each part of a job. Which is INSANE. The management at this establishment should be ashamed of themselves for being such scam artists and taking advantage of their clients with very little care. I understand salaries and bills need to be paid, but I also heard at least 6 other clients complain about unreasonable pricing for work done on their cars here. Steph and Mike are the only good things about this dealership --- DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE! DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT. GO ANYWHEREEEEE ELSE!

Dawon was fantastic. He asked what was important to me. He was respectful of my time and needs. He also was appropriately persistent and would reply back to me promptly. Just purchased a 2024 Telluride from here after another dealership couldn’t offer what I wanted. Melvyn our sales associate was very personable and got the process completed quickly. Provided a good run through of all the different features Alex in finance was able to support with getting the best deal available. Overall, happy with my experience.

Do not purchase a car from here. Once you drive out of the lot you are on your own. Service department is by far the worst! They do not communicate, pass the buck, do not resolve car issues and they are super unhelpful. Their demeanor over the phone and in person is so rude. Seriously, if you are going to purchase a Kia, go to Ramsey. What a difference! I don’t know where all these good reviews came from- obviously fake and paid for!!

The service department at this location is absolutely wonderful. The experience is top notch from start to finish, on par with the high end dealerships that I have dealt with. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I would highly recommend both the service and sales department at this dealership.

Unfortunately I have purchased too many cars from dealerships and had terrible experiences ... but Kia of West Nyack made the purchasing a new car surprisingly pleasant. All dealerships should be that way. Walked into the dealership and met with Melvin ... he was friendly, but more importantly he was honest. No games, gimmicks or lies. Would definitely recommend Kia of West Nyack!

I wish no stars was an option.
Leased a car back in 2022 and immediately the usb port did not work so I could not have apple car play for 2 months. I brought It in right away and they told me It would take 2 months for the part to come in.
Had issues with the tires when I actually had a package and was told I did not for the first year and had to pay up front for tires, until I brought my dad in and all of sudden they found I had the tire package.
Fast forward to today, I got car inspected Monday 6/1 and went away in vacation from 6/2-6/7. Woke up this morning to the check engine light on. Called to make an appt they said they have to hold the car for 24-48 hours. I said okay and how am I going to get from place to place since I work. They said they don’t have a car I can have in the meantime. I asked how they expected me to go to work and they said I can only get a loaner after It diagnosed and I have to be on the waitlist so no guarantees. I promise I will never buy from this dealership again, they are the worst and care more about $ than the satisfaction of customers.
