Everything is very modern and up to date in terms of all the equipment. Facility is huge and seems to be something for everyone. Sauna and steam room in the locker room, which is nice. Only bummer is most of the classes are at inconvenient times for working folks.

The gym and locker rooms are spotless. The exercise equipment is modern and efficient. Almost always there's a trainer to ask about exercises and machines. I use a personal trainer and there are a variety of trainers at different levels. Not really a muscle head/ posing gym
