Quality work and done on time

Truck went in 12/6/19Should have been totaled out. Was said to have no frame damage. I was told it was ready on 1/10/20. After looking at truck can clearly see that front wheel was out of wack. ( not even close to evenly spaced in between fenders). This so called Autobody shop never looked at this truck properly. I told them numerous times to look at frame and apparently never did or don’t know what they are doing. This ended up going to another shop to straighten out frame then back to them. 1/24/20 I get another call truck is ready. I get there and now deep scratches all the way around my truck claiming they didn’t do it. Mind you truck was painted by them front to passenger side and tailgate. Today 2/3/20 I just got off the phone with them and I was told it will be at least this week because they are busy with cars that came over month after mine. So still no truck. Did I mention 65 days no truck and insurance stopped paying for rental after 30 days. Yup do the month 35 days now no rental and still going!!!!!

From now on this is the only place I will go for my car. I've had my car for only about 5 months now and while driving down a road with no woods a deer decided to jump in front of my car out of nowhere. The deer put so much damage to my car it's ridiculous. I was so upset and didn't know where to even bring my car. Imperial Collision was recommended by a friend and I'm so beyond happy that I chose to go there. Joe and his team are absolutely amazing. It took about 3 weeks to fix and Joe was constantly keeping in touch to give us the status of the car. The service done to my car was absolutely incredible. I picked it up and it looked brand new. What I thought was going to be a hectic and rough experience turned out to be very easy and smooth. I highly recommend them! I have attached before and after pictures!
