Unfortunately. Since Noor is now hands off. The customer service has gone down greatly. Dishwasher I bought is severely defective and I keep calling to try and process a return or a credit and I am getting nowhere.

I tried to buy colored Own and got burned.
I ordered a car bed that cost $650 on wayfair. They charged me $1300 plus set up.
The bed lights don't work. It took the two non English men 3 hours to set up, and they came 2 hours late. Mind you, they didn't even put it together, right?
Then I said, "Let me get my money back if this bed is giving so much trouble." Eli says no return as is
I told him he must think I'm a fool because, like judge 👩⚖️ Judy said :Everything is returnable in the state of New York. So I called my credit card 💳 company to dispute the charges. I had to make a police report to show the courts I tried to resolve the issue. Now, I'm heading over to the courts to file a claim against this store. I will also contact BBB to make a complaint as well and get their insurance company information and sue the insurance company for pain and suffering and misc.
Buyer beware nothing but glitter and junk in thus store.

The customer service in this place was super receptive & friendly!
I recently purchased a new bedroom set which is incredibly beautiful. Their showroom is also spacious and organized with a range of options and vast selections for all your home needs, coming here was truly a 5-star experience thank you

This place has the worst customer service ever. They told us to sit and wait for the a gentleman who was on lunch to attend us for a kitchen design and price. We waited 30 minutes, when the gentleman came out of lunch he refused to attend us because prices were going to change and the pricing gentleman was overseas. Which doesn't make any sense.
