I bought I shirt an employee left the security tag on it and I realized when I got home and couldn’t get the security tag off and the shirt ripped and got damaged in the process

This Express store is a real gem, much better with excellent inventory compared to other ones I have been to in NJ. It was clean and tidy. We spent lots of time going through the women’s clothing, plenty of quality tops. Most of the items did not have any kind of sale.l, so they felt little bit expensive. Fitting room didn’t have line, but the associate from register constantly had to run to open doors for people. But she was very hard working and nice, gave us a discount coupon for our purchase, that made our shopping experience a lot better.

Love the clothes but customer service was lacking. I noticed the younger male sales associate in front of the store greeted every guest but me. As a paying customer I find that behavior to be unacceptable. He had multiple chances to greet me and even when he saw me he still did not greet me or try to help me. I had to ask him for help with looking for a particular item. I’d urge upper management to train staff who because they represent the brand.

Love the Express brand; great quality and designs. I always prefer an in person store over ordering online so you can get the look and feel of the clothes. Today I did not find any jeans that fit me ; not enough petite selection. They always have fresh looks and deals. The clearance is arranged by color instead of size which is unique and visually appealing. Men’s and women’s selections.

This store in Palisades Mall gave me the great shopping experience. I went there in the evening and the store was really quiet, with few customers, and my shopping experience was excellent. This store is much quieter than the Garden State Mall. There are a lot of sizes and a lot of great products at this express

I have not been to this mall in a couple of months but I was very surprised with how clean, organized and nice the staff was. They were all helpful with helping me search for tops and started a fitting room for me while I shopped around the store.

I’ll be honest, I usually shop online— it’s so much easier. We went to the store to make a return and Samantha at the Palisades Center, NY was amazing. She went above and beyond to help us make an exchange instead of a return. My husband and I walked around the store for 20 minutes and couldn’t find anything. We settled on returning, but Samantha went in the back to search for something my husband was looking for and not out on the sales floor. While he was trying on the jeans, Samantha and I talked and she was extremely personable! It was an amazing in store experience that you don’t get when you shop anymore.
