I have to say, that as a tattoo shop owner, it’s always comforting to entrust our essential equipment with a fellow tattoo collector. Zach is incredibly knowledgeable about various autoclave models, and was willing to do the homework on some older models we had. Angelique and the entire office staff have been nothing but helpful and accommodating. Thank you again!

Bobby came to our Dental office today to set up our new autoclave system. He showed up right on time, removed our old system, and installed our new one all within an hour. He was very knowledgeable with the machine, and gave us all the information we would need to properly maintain the unit. Bobby is a really nice guy, and we look forward to working with him in the future!

Zack, Allen and Louis all are really helpful !! Great service!Dealt with Louis personally when he came to office to pick up delivery and also to check in the office and provided superb service in the office as well. Bobby was a pleasure to have as our installation technician. He was professional and efficient. Communicated when hes on his way. He included us in the installation process of our machine by explaining maintnance and usage steps to all of my staff and was patient answering our questions.

Bobby is awesome! He is always so kind and answers whatever silly questions I have without laughing! It is nice to have to same person come for whatever we need. He knows the machines and you build a relationship so you feel comfortable and know you don't have to worry. I would 100% recommend Duraline, and if you can, ask for Bobby, he's terrific!
