I’m very impressed with the customer service team. I called to check on availability of a pair of basketball shoes that are not available in my area. Bryan picked up the phone and reserved the shoes for me. It was absolutely refreshing to have such an amazing experience from the team. Meir, who was at the cash register also assisted me with such a wonderful attitude and professionalism. Thank you so much!

Nicole was the young lady helping me ! I was so stressed about these HOKA sneakers I was buying as a gift and about sizes and returns. She relieved my anxiety, explained the return procedure. She was very thorough and helpful! Thank you Nicole !!!

Nice staff but I went to pick up some fishing line and the fishing section is almost nonexistent. Racks are mostly empty everything is a mess.

Limited selection at this location, especially for kids. Prefer the Paramus location. The staff is very friendly but I find the store to be disorganized and low stocked.
