This place used to be amazing but my experience while being pregnant was indescribable not only did my main OB leave but the treatment from Armute was disgusting after making me wait 45 mins in the exam room he had no empathy or compassion when he told me I will be seen when i am seen. High risk pregnancy at that. I went from fulling trusting my OB to being treated like a number.

I went to a ENT here and for one single ear earwax removal (5-10 minute visit) they billed $440 which my insurance is not covering. The doctor is in network. This is insane. They charge whatever they want. I will never go back to Crystal Run Healthcare.

This place is terrible. They never refill my prescription in a timely manner. Been waiting over a week to get the fill sent to the pharmacy and I'm out of medication

Its like it was impossible for me to be seen by them I got rescheduled literally 5 times and i waited 1 month a half for my first appointment then got rescheduled for a week later and so on
I really liked the treatment from the staff when you get there but it’s ridiculous that they call you a few hours before your appointment to tell the same thing that there was a problem with the schedule and unfortunately i gotta be rescheduled

Instead of helping me with billing concerns and with sorting out a coordination of benefits issue with my insurance company, they immediately billed me and then would not see me unless I paid ahead of time. The billing person who contacted me became enraged at me when I called back asking for information, and said, "How dare I have a senator's representative contact (her)?" I had gotten a senator's office involved to help sort through my insurance coverage problems. Then another lady took over my case and apologized and said it was worked out. But when I needed her today for the same problem (because when I went to pre-register for this upcoming appointment, I was directed to pay ahead again), I found the extension she gave me for her office would not accept calls. Nothing had been updated in their system and I tried all day to get someone live on the phone to sort it out and waited four different times for over 20 minutes each time to no avail. I finally was advised by someone from Crystal Run in Texas (when I finally got through to the first person all day) to reschedule this appointment until they updated their system. She said she would transfer me to the billing coordinator in West Nyack in order to inform them to update their records, and when she transferred me, I got their tele-menu with no person available. One hand does not know what the other is doing for sure and it is a complete mess. Customer Service is non-existent unless you like being caught in a tele-menu. Come to think of it, for the past two years or so, everyone in this office seems harried and stressed and like they hated their jobs. I am going to find another doctor tomorrow.

On call OB doctor couldnt be bothered, appointments kept getting canceled, and ultra sound tech Sandra was very rough and rude during my last visit. Overall my experience has been terrible. I changed practices and am going to a different doctor who is not with Crystal Run.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. They should be embarrassed. Do not come here for any reason whatsoever. Their front desk manager is also a joke and cannot properly articulate any policies

Had the best experience at my scheduled MRI today. The nurse was so kind and personable. Wished I remembered her name. The MRI technician at West Nyack office, Robert Hernandez was absolutely amazing. What a kind, compassionate person. He went above and beyond. God put him there for a reason.

I understand dealing with the general public in any healthcare situation is a nightmare but the select few people they have working in reception are some of the most vicious and rude people you could ever encounter. I went up and simply asked if they accept walk-in’s for urgent care and was met with just nastiness. It’s an innocent question, had I known, I wouldn’t have asked. They all just have no regard towards human decency at all, no-one is nice. They all act as if they are being bothered. You aren’t the doctors or helpful nurses. You are only an obstacle. An obstacle of disrespect and curtness. Hopefully the kiosks replaces all of them soon enough.

Spacious place Kathy in cardiology and Tracey in radiology were helpful.
Dr Sobolev and her nurse Melissa and assistant were helpful
Kelly and the other phone receptionists are helpful.
Just a warning it can be difficult to get thru to Doctors during major high holiday weeks such as Passover etc

Today I had an terrible experience with customer service. I had one of your employees questioning me about my medication refills. He was rude and didn’t listen to anything I was saying His tone was condescending. He was rude to my wife after she told him who she was. Crystal Run needs to re educate staff on proper etiquette when talking to patients. Would be happy to speak anyone on what days to call in refills Is it 2 days before or 7.

Waited 10 minutes in line with only 2 representatives for 20+ plus people just to get checked into the Urgent Care. Get charged $15 to wait 45 minutes in the urgent care lobby by myself and not be seen, then wait for more customers to come later and be seen right away. Not until I was about to walkout because I have to get to work a nurse told me someone was coming. Get into the urgent care and they don’t do flu tests separate from Covid which Covid test costs $100+ with insurance. This feels as if they put profit above patient needs and comes across as unprepared for a medical facility that services majority of the lower to midhudson region. Furthermore, when I declined a Covid test they said I decline flu which is not fair. Then I had to speak to the doctor over the phone in my room? For caution purposes maybe but that seemed so informal. Been going to this facility for over 10 years and with the pandemic care has gone down tremendously. Then they don’t test adults for flu/rsv, Only flu/covid in which most providers do not cover the cost of anymore so you as a patient have to weigh the financial burden over healthcare. Overall my doctor treated me with respect, however protocol needs to be updated and more transparency needs to be done so patients can make informed decisions about their health and options. Lastly, the notes doctors make are NOT sufficient nor do they provide context when writing in a patient’s chart. Truly a saddening experiencing to have had and I hope things change.

I was very disappointed today leaving my supposable annual physical appointment. I have waited for this appointment for about 1 month and a half. So when i initially called to set up the appointment i was told i can see any provider in the office and i decided to go see PA Minu Colaco, just because she offered great services in the office when it was in stony point. But today i noticed when a company goes corporate everything changes. I arrived for my 3:30pm appointment at 3:00pm because i respect peoples time. And i was brought into the exam room at 3:30 by the MA she confirmed medical hx and stated “the provider will be right in.” I was very patient and ended up waiting 45 mins and not one soul had walked in to the room to let me know anything. I ended up getting up and opening the door where the provider comes into the room through, to let them know “i will be leaving because my son has a appointment”, just to see the provider sitting in a computer charting. This is very upsetting to me. I work in the medical field and i understand short staffing, and how horrible patient ratios are but this to me was mind blowing to see how people don’t respect others time. I called to reschedule my appointment, on that call i was offered a May appointment , May is in another 2 months, and asked if i can see a different provider and in that moment i was told i would have to call insurance and change my provider first.
