I tried chatting with the company on line and no answer until the next day so I responded when I got it and no response for a while. While I under there is only one person working there for some reason answering all the chats, I still believe it should be faster. So I then tried calling all four numbers they have listen on line and none of my calls were answered.

I had sent my watch in for repairs. They were very prompt in sending me the estimate. I sent out my money order to have it repaired. My money order was lost in the mail. When I contacted the company, Croton's employee, David, was extremely helpful. He explained what I needed to do. He followed up with prompt e-mails and phone calls. After sending in another money order, the repair was completed in a timely manner, David was kind enough to send me the tracking information and he followed up to ensure that I received the watch. It looks great, and David is definitely an asset to Croton Watch Group.

David Ling is a one of a kind guy. He took care of me like I was related and part of his family. Upon our initial contact he established how efficient, and educational he was. He took. Time to explain everything in detail and most importantly told me he would do everything to restore my watch. David you did just that with no charge under complete warranty. Again the company should be proud of such a wonderful employee and part of the family. Ask for him for your repairs and tell him Héctor From Brooklyn told you. #OUTSTANDING SERVICE
