“This Express store is a real gem, much better with excellent inventory compared to other ones I have been to in NJ. It was clean and tidy. We spent lots of time going through the women’s clothing, plenty of quality tops. Most of the items did not have any kind of sale.l, so they felt little bit expensive. Fitting room didn’t have line, but the associate from register constantly had to run to open doors for people. But she was very hard working and nice, gave us a discount coupon for our purchase, that made our shopping experience a lot better.”
“Looked at this store during my visit to the pallisades mall on Wednesday April 10th 2024. Looked very organized, and clean. Exactly like the commercials on tv you see, they have everything from clothes, coats, homegoods, perfume, toys, shoes, and beauty items. Looked around, and found nothing of interest but, it was worth looking here. I didn't buy anything though, maybe i will if i am ever here again!”
“I got my favorite dress from here! I am anxious to finally wear it when it gets warm and I love this dress! Only issue(s) are that the dressing rooms were A MESS! 1 door did not look very well and there were so many empty hangers and cloths all over the floor in and outside the dressing room. Also in the clearance section there was no organization anywhere so if I saw something I liked I was disappointed when it wasn't my size.”

“Hello! I've been a loyal Abercrombie customer since I was about 11 years old - I'm 28 now! I just wanted to thank you for the amazing customer service I received at your Palisades Mall location in Nyack, New York. I've never been asked for assistance in any of your locations, this was the first. Usually your employees are no where to be found when I need help, except from this experience. I used to work retail when I was in college and I learned a lot about customer service, which this store did great on. Your employee, Livron, had a lot of patience to help me find a pair of jeans. It's very difficult to find a pair of jeans for it's constant running back and forth to the fitting room. My boyfriend and I ended up spending about $500 from his exceptional customer service. We will be back at this location - please send our thank you to the district manager!”
“If you’re ever in Nyack, THIS is the place you want to go. I went a few days ago when they had an unbelievable deal on suits. The man at the front desk along with the other employees were so welcoming and attentive that after I made my purchase, I came back with my friend and they treated him like royalty as well. We both bought suits on the first day! I NEVER do that. They were patient, kind, and respectful. They also do the tailoring in store and they got both of our suits to fit like a glove. They are located on the 1st floor of the palisades center mall, You can’t miss em. As far as I’m concerned, this is the best place to buy suits in all of Rockland.”
“I recently visited Track 23 and was impressed by the vast selection of clothing they offer. The pricing is very reasonable and affordable. However, I was disappointed to find that the fitting rooms were closed two hours before the store closed, which made it difficult for me to try on clothes before purchasing. Despite this, I would still recommend Track 23 for its great selection and prices.”
