From the moment you call and get Vicki Miller on the phone you know that you are going to be in very capable hands. Vicki gives her all to every single customer that she speaks to either over the phone or in person. Her pleasant disposition is contagious. Then we had the pleasure of meeting Jorge. He was so pleasant, calm, respectful, and knowledgeable. We were always informed about the status of our job. Communication was timely and clear. The work that was done was impeccable. The mechanics took great care of our vehicle. It looked brand new upon picking it up! Our trunk was even cleaned out! A very stressful situation was made less stressful by the professional manner in which everyone handled our vehicle. We would highly recommend CARSTAR Spectrum Auto!

Great experience working on my Tesla Y with Spectrum Nyack. They guide you through the entire process, take the initiative to work with the insurance company so that the customer doesn't have to do much in terms of coordination. Overall a pleasant experience and I would recommend them
