PROS: This place has a good amount of pop culture merchandise in it. The staff is always friendly and helpful to me and the product quality is decently good. CONS: My issue with box lunch is that they are always overpriced. I hardly see them running any major discounts (not counting clearance) and I don't know if they price match or not OVERALL: I would check out this place but just be aware of the prices. If you find something that you think you can't get anywhere else and the price is okay then get it. If you think you can get it somewhere else than you might as well wait

My mom and I went to the palisades mall store today. We stopped by the location there I've never been in yet. We were helped significantly by Nia and the other employee whose name I forgot. Both of them were so incredible, helpful and knowledgeable about all the products and brands you carry in the store. I am taking my nephew on a trip and I wanted to have matching shirts with all of our favorites: Miyazaki, Avatar, Naturo, My Hero. To meet my needs they took things off mannequins, called other stores to get sizes, got them to place a hold on a specific size. They were so nice throughout the whole process and they never felt like anything was an imposition. I cannot say enough nice things about those two. I will be shopping there again especially because of the 5 star service these two gave!
