I placed a grocery order at BJ’s Wholesale Club and received a message that they were shopping for my items. However, after waiting hours, I received no further updates. The lack of communication is terrible. I ended up with no food and a lot of frustration. This level of service is unacceptable. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Lately this branch has been disappointing me because of the lack of ATMs. Since December 2023, they removed the scanners that allowed customers to more easily scan their purchases at the self-checkout registers. And fruits and vegetables are often in poor condition. And this and other things have made me decide not to renew my membership for 2024

Horrible Experience . How good is a warranty (on a set of tires) if they do not longer sell a replacement if needed? With only 20k miles on it, One of my tires got a puncture that (according to them) happened to too close to an older one, and they wouldn't repair it . Fine, I offered to buy a new one but they do not longer sell the exact match, instead, the wanted to seel.me a whole new set of 4. Discount offered miserable 10,%> big deal. I took my tire and got it fixed at an independent shop.

I come to this BJs every week for the last years and never had a complaint. Last week, however, I used one of the flat carts because I was picking up quite a large number of items.When I went to pay, a very unfriendly lady Called Dolores who said to be the store manager scanned my items. When I got my receipt from her I noticed that she overcharged me by over $90 dollars. I asked her to check the receipts with me because I believe that she had overcharged me. Ms. Dolores checked my receipt and there it was. Now, instead of apologizing for why she’s done, Ms. Dolores (who shouldn’t be near any customer) gave me a very unpleasant attitude and started blaming other people for her mistake.I am not going to stop coming here, but if this is what it takes for BJs management to know about this, then be it. I spend a lot of money here to be treated like this.I have the refund receipts to back this, by the way.

I often come here for curbside pickup and most recently had a great experience with an associate named Jamel even though the mall was crowded due to the holiday season. I will be back soon

I came into this BJs at the last minute trying to get a photo placed on a cake. Not only did Jean and Angie really try to accommodate me, the cake came out beautifully.

I seriously wonder how this organization remains in business! Customer service is non existent , and policies are nonsensical, archaic and downright primitive. There's no trick to it, I come here because Costco and shoprite can be so packed at times but there is a reason Costco is packed and grows in leaps and bounds over BJ's. Save yourself the aggravation and don't waste your time and money on this business.

Customer Service is very rude , the lady with glasses and long blonde hair is very rude you can tell she hates her job , went to ask her a question regarding the BJs credit card and she didnt not want to help, " stated she does not do that " . Very rude service.
