No knowledgeable employees and had to run around the store for assistance. I did my research and wanted to go to the store to buy an item. Turns out shopping online is simpler and easier, and you have all the resources. I'm not sure why stores like this exist.

Great place to shop. They have so many different cool electronics. But remember, this store is like a museum. You just come here to try everything out and see it hands-on. Then, just make sure to go on the internet and buy it for much cheaper. They sometimes may have good deals in the open box section. Always make sure to check there first.

Order what you need online and pay for the shipping. It’s worth it compared the hour I wasted chasing down an employee just to be told to wait (for almost an hour) by multiple employees while I saw four of them sitting on their phones behind the counter and walking around the store. Don’t waste your time here like I did, just look online.

Selection has gone down over the years, you can never find what you need and prices are a bit higher than going to Target or Walmart for the same items.
