I switched to west islip pharmacy about 6 months ago and I’ve been very pleased. Today I walked in and I was told by Fiona that there is a coupon available that may cover my $70 copay on one prescription. She instructed me to go to the manufacturer website. I asked if she knew where to look after searching for a bit. She asked if it was ok for her to look as it’s very difficult to find. I obliged and she found it for me right away. Once I filled out my part she immediate informed me of the next steps and applied the digital coupon which covered the entire copay. Not only that but she told me that it will cover the copay for the next 12 months! She literally saved me over $800 by just being nice and caring about her occupation. Although everyone there has always been great, Fiona really stood out and created an amazing customer experience. Thank you to the whole team.

The staff at West Islip Pharmacy is the absolute best. I enjoy supporting small businesses as much as I possibly can especially since the pandemic. Joe and his staff have always gone above and beyond to make sure my prescriptions and my son's prescriptions are ready quickly and efficiently. Even through the shortage of various medications they reacted with kindness, compassion and made sure that they tracked down various prescriptions in the perfect timing. They have a great text and phone call reminder system and each staff member greets you with a smile and a warm welcome. If you are looking for a local pharmacy that is family owned and amazing look no further, West Islip pharmacy is the best of the best! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Thank you for all that you do , I appreciate you ♥️

I started coming here when my grandsons were sick and needed antibiotics and we were at a shortage for finding it....well West Islip Pharmacy always always always has what the boys are prescribed! Thank you!!

This pharmacy clearly defines what a local pharmacy should be !! Professional... compassionate ....answers any & all questions ... They have scripts CVS et al do not carry ... which is a blessing !!! Keep up the good work ... and thank you for supporting your local community ?

Switched to west islip pharmacy from another local big name pharmacy. Helped me transfer medicine over to them. I feel on more of a personal level. You can call and they answer every time! Promptly fill everything I need and delivered when I needed in an emergency because I couldn’t make it in time. They get the job done!
