The only phone store on Long Island I will ever go to…… I live 45 minutes away and it is worth it every time. KC and the whole team are amazing and work hard to make sure every customer is satisfied. I cannot recommend them enough! Stop in and save a ton of money, you will be happy you did.

I placed an order for a new iPhone 15 pro yesterday thinking I could pick up in store so I placed the order to find out I had to wait 10 days for it to get delivered to the store for pickup I wake up this morning to the order being cancelled because of non- pick up when my order tracker didn’t up date I called 7 times yesterday and today to just get a voicemail box that full

Anil and Abraham, and a few of the other guys at the store worked tirelessly yesterday to help fix a problem with my phone. They went above and beyond in trying to identify the problem and fix it. They were so much more helpful and knowledgeable than calling Verizon tech support. I would definitely recommend them for purchasing a new phone and for help with any issues.

I have been coming to this location for 12 years. I had purchased all of my devices from them. Their service was always outstanding up until yesterday. I had ordered a new iPhone 15 from Verizon online. When I brought it into the West Islip location to have it activated, I was reprimanded by the owner KC. KC had always treated me with the utmost Care and concern, until I purchased my device online. He actually said to me and I quote "when you buy online you kill us". Suddenly I moved to the back of the line, I was discarded neglected, and ignored; a sales person by the name of Mohamed, who goes by Mike, helped me begrudgingly I might add out of obligation, whilst I was on the phone with Verizon the entire time. They just lost a very loyal customer as I was informed that they are *not* in fact, an official Verizon store, but they are in fact, an "indirect dealer" ... From now on, I will either conduct my business with an *official* Verizon store or Verizon online. Thanks for nothing West Islip!

Went in with my bestfriend who upgraded her phone and who they treated really well. I told them I was interested in being a Verizon customer because I’ve used T-Mobile for ever. They didn’t really seem that interested in bringing me in as a customer. I had to get my account and pin to transfer which took about 20 minutes but all my info was already taken and when I was ready, he seemed interested in helping me and then a few moments later the manager came by and asked if we could finish it a day later because they were closing in 20 minutes. Meanwhile their store was full of people and I had been there since 3pm. So I declined nicely and went home to go onto the Verizon website to order a phone instead. Everything went smooth and I chose their store to pick up from because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt considering they treated my friend well. When I ordered the phone it said it was back ordered until the 20th of October which I was fine with but, 3 days later I got an email saying my order was cancelled. So I call Verizon customer service to find out why and they said that the store it was getting shipped to cancelled the order because I didn’t pick it up in time? But no one even called me to say it was ready.. anyway the person over the phone was able to help me order a new phone and to have it shipped to me instead where I’ll take it to another store for the setup help.
