Its a great bike shop owner is great but i have brought my 27.5 mafia bike their for reason and it takes pretty long but my bike is still in the shop for a different reason its been 3 weeks and ik the owner co works on on vacation and their was alot of bike but im sure they are back. Just be patient because we are all human.they fix your bike good

They went above and beyond on my road bike adjustments and repairs. Additionally asked some mountain bike questions and they were very helpful!
Update: I went back 3 years later in 2024 and everything above is still relevant. They always take the extra step. From my original repair there were some things we decided not to fix due to budget, when I sent it in for a tune up they fixed some of these open issues and didn’t even mention it when I picked up the bike!! They’re so good they don’t need to tell you the extra work they did!! I left and road straight to Heckshire state park and it felt like a brand new bike!!! These guys really are the best I wish I could leave more reviews on this place!

Not happy at all !!!!
Before bringing bike in asked if they would be able to get job done by certain time
After asking a couple times and saying it would be fine if they didn’t have the time I’ll just come after my trip
Day comes to pick my bike up was told they couldn’t do suspension service bc they had to wait for parts which I understand
But charged me for a service of truing my tires bleeding brakes and straightening the derailleur
Was told it was all done but after inspecting find my tire still not straight
Was told derailleur needed new hanger which I don’t get wasn’t just changed since it’s a udh
And I don’t even know if the brakes were even bleed
Found gunk on my fork stanchion
Overall very unhappy
If job couldn’t be done in time I needed could’ve just said so and I would’ve came back later on
So instead charged me to hold my bike for two weeks for no reason
Not kool at all

For the crybaby who wants nyc prices. Nyc an brooklyn has many many small repair shops. I use them a lot. But we not in nyc and here u cant fix a flat for 25 dollars. U wanna carry a tire or drag a bike with a flat 40 mi on the train or car trunk fine. But why bad mouth a shop that's charging the going rate for this area. Bro if u cant afford to live here move or whatever u need to do. But dont rate a shop 1 star cuz u can get a better price in city. I bought a taco in mexico for 29 cents so no way im gonna pay 4 dollars in Ny. Some ppl just stupid

Brought my wife's bike in to repair her brakes. They did a great job brakes have never been better.
