“This was my second time coming to this sneaker store. I brought 2 of my friends this time to have them fitted for running sneakers since we are registered for the Brooklyn Half Marathon. The staff here are always so amazing and helpful. They really take the time to look at your feet, watch you walk, size you, and assist you in finding the perfect sneaker. I purchased my 2nd pair of Hokas. I'm in love. They are such a great sneaker and feel like I'm walking on clouds. The store had a sale so the sneakers were a really good price. The staff who helped me this time was Melaine. She had so many helpful tips on the proper sneaker, energy gels, and running belts. I learned so much in my short visit. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend you get your sneakers from here!”
“I went to the Babylon Village today . My favorite shop was "Sol Y Luna." It's a little gem in a charming town. From top to bottom, the shop was filled with beautiful items, may of which were festive, unique, &/or colorful. The shop owner was so pleasant and sweet. She has a talent for finding special merchandise and displaying them just right.”

“I had originally bought boots at the Massapequa store. After being fitted for a 9.5 w they gave me a 10w instead without telling me. When I brought them back for an exchange I was told they didn't have my Size .I went to the Huntington store for an exchange. There I was made aware that the Massapequa store never even made me a customer account and couldn't do the exchange without it. The Huntington manager called them back and fixed the problem. Thanks to the Huntington store manager I was able to get my correct sized boots. Huntington will be my go to store from now on.”

“I had an amazing experience today with the help of store manager, Jose, at the Deer Park, NY Timberland location. I needed to do a return and exchange for a set of boots we purchased my fiancé for Christmas, and i was quite anxious ahead of time, knowing that at other retailers doing any sort of return/exchange can turn into a pretty big headache/hassle. However, Jose made the entire interaction as seamless as possible and treated me with understanding, kindness, and respect the entire time. He even located the new boots for me that i needed to purchase after the return was completed. I will absolutely be giving my business to this location going forward after such a wonderful interaction here. The staff clearly is trained very well! I was greeted within 60 seconds of entering the store in a very organic and pleasant way, and even had a lovely chat with whom i assume was the shift supervisor about the quality of Timberland’s boots and why we believe they’re such a great investment. 11/10 customer service here! Thank you all for making this customer so much more relaxed and at ease about making my return/exchange. It’s appreciated more than you can even imagine! =)”

“This is the best store and best staff ever! Danielle, Ally, and Kelly are such amazing staff at this store. They are always so helpful and if we can’t find an item in store, they double check their products in back and online. They never give us issues if we have returns, and we always are treated amazingly here. We will never shop at a different Under Armour store just because they deserve our business for how excellent they are. All the staff here is friendly and inviting. I hope this store gets recognition for how well they perform, even on busy holiday weekends when the store is packed!! Great job UA Deer Park ☺️”

“My wife went here to get a dress for a company party. Maggie helped her and my wife wanted me to give her recognition. She spent over an hour helping my wife find the perfect dress and accessories. As a husband, I could only stand back and helpfully play with my phone and stay out of the way while Maggie did her thing. I sat in a nice chair by the dressing rooms and waited for each new selection she chose. They have quite an inventory of dresses; prom, party, wedding, quinceanera, and some things I'm not quite sure of honestly.”
“After a very negative experience at a *different* local Red Wing store I came here to start over. The difference was night and day.The other store told me I can't be measured for Iron Rangers and there's no point in measuring me on a Brannock device or the ultimate fit machine because it doesn't apply to the Iron Rangers. I asked several times politely just as a base line measurement before she finally said ok but rolled her eyes at me in front of my little boys. I politely told her I didn't need their help any further.I came in to the Massapequa location and received a friendly greeting and enthusiasm when I mentioned I was there for a pair of IR's. Without asking I was directed by Jasper to the ultimate fit machine and was "walked through" what was being done. The machine was dead on for my Brannock size I've previously measured at. They didn't have my size but I was given other sizes to confirm. They ordered in 2 sizes from the warehouse for me to come back and try and I wasn't pressured to pay up front.Jasper and her coworkers answered all my questions and were very helpful - they made the whole experience pleasant and easy. I was also informed that the fit machine does in fact account for boot model when recommending a size - I also got my fit report emailed to me. I could easily have taken the information they gave me and gone to the Manhattan store and had boots in a day or 2 but because they were so helpful, I think they more than earned my business so I will wait and go back even if it isnt the most convenient for me.Jasper and her coworkers take pride in their work and are an asset to the location.”
“My mom and I were shopping for sneakers a few weeks a go, and went to the Reebok store in Deer Park outlet. Upon entering the super clean and organized store, we were greeted by Jeron. He was super helpful and professional. He was very patient with my mom, because she wears a very small size that's hard to find.
