“Five stars for Store Manager Ricky J. who is very polite, knowledgeable and knows the facility like the back of his hand. This is a nice facility overall with clean units. It's a bit of a maze the first time there, with lots of different sections. But you get quickly get used to it. My only reservation is that Extra Space Storage (like others in the industry) seems to have a habit of bumping up prices on units even for those who have only been there a few months. Consider paying in advance.”

My rate was great for the size I had , rate didn’t go up .
The manager Chris often checked up on me and my storage unit to give me advice . I also felt very safe knowing he didn’t forget I was in there by myself .
I’m very efficient, however , I needed a lot of advice and without his knowledge on organizing thur move out I think I would have been lost .
I have had many storages in the past and this was the best experience I have had with a storage company .
Clean , great dry , nothing got moldy from this unit .I would use this company again .
Also … having a great manager like Chris made his experience easier for me .
