Horrible pharmacy with Rude pharmacy workers. More than once I have been told the phrase “you can’t afford this” by two different pharmacy workers on two separate occasions when my insurance didn’t cover a medication. Today they couldn’t figure out how to scan my license for allergy medication and held me up for 20 minutes. It’s horrible here it needs to finally go out of business because they don’t carry a lot of products I used to rely on anyway.

Have some help on the floor, add staff to the pharmacy. And don’t tell me the script will be ready and I show up and walla! I have to sit and wait… Been with rite aid for decades. Going downhill slowly but surely. Now I have to switch to cvs… Yay

This was my first time using this particular Rite Aid; I had moved the week of having to get my prescriptions renewed and decided to stick with a Rite aid. I am glad that I did they were super efficient and helpful in handling all of my needs. They have two more satisfied customers in my Wife and I. Thank you . Mr.& Mrs Gregory & Allyson III .

TBH i am torn on writing this and not having rite aid all to myself. Fantastic pharmacy, fantastic pharmacist - my doctor accidentally sent my prescriptions here instead of CVS a few months ago (and CVS has been a war zone since June at least) and it was a lucky thing for me.The pharmacist has gone above and beyond to help me during a period of coverage lapses and "suddenly not covered" meds. Prescriptions are stressful for me when they go smoothly, and more so when coverage is variable, and i take five, all of which can cost between $5-500 for the same one. It's like the opposite of winning a scratch off, with an audience.This pharmacy is immaculate, FAST, and the pharmacist is both amazing and not overwhelmed like at the other place. I realized I only went to CVS for the hours, and I rarely need the pharmacy after 8pm.If you're local, you may be sleeping on a MUCH easier refill experience - and the pharmacist here has made the medications part of my life SO MUCH EASIER. Go here! Reward them with business and enjoy the lack of lines.Just don't buy my clearance press on nails :)

Attention everyone, switch from CVS to here NOW. I have 5 meds to get at intervals every month, and CVS has been chaos all summer through now. My doctor accidentally sent my prescriptions here once and I was going to ask to have them re-sent, but it's so close i figured i'd just leave it and i am so glad i did. the pharmacist here is excellent. i've been here about 6 times since and i have never encountered a line, never been told to come back, never been on hold for more than 5 seconds, or had to stand close to potentially sick people in a long line. and the pharmacist helped me tonight in a way that will MATERIALLY make my life easier financially and medically. everyone go here, but not so many that it's like the other place :) they have awesome sales too, i got a dustpan and hand broom for 37 cents :)

Generic drugs are now coming from CHINA!!!Seriously what drugs are we taking from there!!! Highly recommend going somewhere else and and asking questions where drugs are come from.

It’s annoying when it says the pharmacy opens at 8:00 AM and you’re there at 8:00, 15 minutes later there is still no one there to open the pharmacy. Other than that the people here are always helpful. They let me know in advance via phone and text if a script is on back order or they don’t have it in stock. Sorry for the 2 stars but I was extremely frustrated. I had to leave without the scripts because I would have been late to work.
