I have bought 2 cars in the last 5 months from different dealerships.I have never had a worse customer service experience, than with this Atlantic group.Friends had an appointment, were told we would have to wait several hours anyway for the financing department, they will not be rushed is what we were informed! We had no financing, so why were they even involved? That’s right to try to upsell us on an extra bumper to bumper warranty! We had a bank check for the entire amount. No work done prior to our appointment. No apologies from anyone. Actually they were all quite rude to us. I went with friends to also look at purchasing an SUV myself but I will never give them business.The salesman never said goodby to us or thank us for the business. They had us cool our heels for hours while most everyone in the sales dept was online shopping ! I had plenty of time to walk around & see them all doing this! Our salesman never went over the car features with us. Isn’t that what is supposed to be done? 3.5 hours & a 40k car bought not even coffee or water offered. The financing gentleman was also snappy.Could go on.Don’t give them your business they obviously do not care about customer retention at all.Patsy & Matt you should be ashamed of yourself with the rude behavior to customers.We are in the service industry as well, the behavior displayed today was nothing short of indifference.

We had LOTS of questions for our next car purchase, and we were helped by Mr. Estrada, a great guy!he was able to answer most of our questions and the ones he was not sure of (and we were gratful for his honesty)he was eager to find found out for us, with haste!We were and am VERY happy to be working with a highl qualified representative of this trade..If he is reading this, Hey Christian!thank you so much for all your help.Our family is grateful for all your hard work!!

Lie for $$$ Lemons, prior damage to engine, frame or both, electrical shorts, rusting flood cars, salvaged, erasure of problem codes that you won't see later on until you drive off the lot with major problems.

Absolutely horrible service center. Took my truck in for an oil change and sat for 5 hour WITH an appointment a few months ago. Gave my truck back filthy and covered in oil. Just went to have the oil filter changed and they spent almost an hour trying to remove it because Atlantic had over tightened it. Don’t bring your vehicle here for service. They don’t respect your property or time.

We purchased a vehicle in March. They charged above msrp and when I went to pick up the vehicle they told me they only had 1 key. I have been calling and no one returns my calls. If you only want 1 key and pay above msrp check them out!

I am in the process of buying a vehicle that was in transit. I had to call to see if the vehicle arrived because the gentleman who assisted me was off work(I completely understand that). Nobody else has reached out. I feel like I'm chasing them when I'm the one buying a vehicle. They were very nice when I was there, and I expected that same level of engagement once the car arrived. I highly recommend this place if you're are buying a vehicle that's in stock. If I would've known that I had to be chasing personnel to get answers, I would've gone to another dealership. William, the sales manager is amazing and go above and beyond to assist you. I am just disappointed with the lack of engagement after the vehicle arrived. Nobody bothered calling me to set up a pick up time.
