It's a pretty good local hardware store. It's not huge like the big chains, but they have a decent amount in stock for your regular household maintenance needs. They are pretty friendly and accommodating. I've used them for plumbing and hardware supplies, as well as tools. There is a rewards program and discount offers and you can order ahead for pickup or delivery.

Great store!! Go there all the time ! They have everything! Tonight went there with my Grandson and the young man who assisted us was so friendly and took the time to answer his questions. Made him so happy!! Thank you and God Bless You!!

This shop has recently expanded and has more commercial offerings then before. The categories of supplies are organized and easy to shop. The staff is interested and helpful. The staff also will meet and greet you quickly to assist you in finding and making your choices. They also repaired my front door screen in a single day. I just made sure when the repair might be a fast turnaround. Their shop hours are also very accommodating. This is a long time family run business where you buying power stays in our community.

I love this Ace Hardware store! They recently expanded, but they didn't get too big. If they had, it would have been like going to Home Depot or Lowe's, and that would have defeated the reason I prefer Ace Hardware.I suggest checking out their online specials. They often have great deals on DeWalt tools. I recently bought a DeWalt drill and impact driver set for a fraction of the price I would have paid at Home Depot.The staff at this Ace Hardware store is also very knowledgeable and helpful. They're always willing to answer my questions and help me find what I need.Overall, I'm very happy with this Ace Hardware store. It's a great place to find the tools and supplies I need for my home improvement projects.

A complete renovation was done to the West Islip location and it's a much more eye pleasing shopping experience. The bird suet was my purchase and it's on sale this week for $1.49 compared to Lowe's price at $2.11.
