I went there today, a mess! Tanya was so helpful and friendly! She helped me get everything in the proper envelopes and off to the right places... & then I wanted to change one of my packages to overnight and they were extremely accommodating! The people who work here are unbelievably rude. We have a PO Box with them because our address has been declared "undeliverable" as long as we've lived there. That was always annoying, but I figured the PO Box was the acceptable workaround.Until today.The woman working the counter (who also operates the mail truck in our neighborhood) berated me for having debris in my mail box, and also declared..."I dont even try to deliver mail to your address. You can't turn around in the driveway."We have a 22-foot pickup truck that has no trouble whatsoever with said driveway.Get real, lady. You're lecturing me about the terms of your own failure to do your job. Give me a break.
