William is nice to meet first. When you start ordering windows and I order around 20 with him. He will never follow up and tell you when they arrive. He will not pick up any off his phone. Not answer Text messages. It really is extremely frustrating. I order also 2 wood frame windows and one is under warranty and burst. So far I am waiting 3 month and I can't get a hold of him. I drove by a few weeks ago and reached him by accident. He has always another excuse. I would never suggest anyone to order from him. And I am still waiting.
