Incompetence is this company's middle name. We have a new policy that we never deal with anyone from NY again. Will refuse all business from anyone residing in the state of New York. Tab Systems is the perfect example of why we don't. They run a site on eBay and cannot ship or package items for their life. We've ordered 4 hard drives from 2 orders. Both times they have shipped the drives with no packing materials via UPS to a PO Box. The first time we didnt have a chance to get the package. So the second time, we knew they were going to repeat the same mistake because they don't have any common sense. So the second we bought the 2nd set of drives, we immediately emailed them and said not to repeat the same mistake 2x they knew it was a PO Box and told them not to ship via UPS and package the item properly. Well guess what they did it again, these idiots shipped the package via UPS to a PO Box. So we emailed them and they purposely didnt bother to reply back. It was only then we left negative feedback to spoil there fake 100% positive feedback on eBay that we get a response. So going to pick up the item, guess what UPS and all their stupidity sent the package back to these morons. They dont package items properly, they will repeat the same mistakes over and over again because they are too lazy!
