Extremely rude, called for an estimate and instead of being helpful, decided to argue with me and say "you're wasting my time" - I'm sorry, I'm the customer, you don't say that to a customer and expect to get their business. Will gladly go elsewhere, glad I dodged this bullet!

My family and I have been going to Gladstone's for years and they always offer quick, reliable and honest service. I can trust that they offer solutions for whatever issue my car is having and they're not taking advantage of anything. The service at Gladstone's is unbeatable in my opinion which is why they are the only service place I trust!

I always recommend Gladstone's in Henrietta (West Henrietta Rd & Erie Station) to anyone seeking a reliable, honest, and efficient auto mechanic; they are by far the best mechanics in the greater Rochester area (IMO). I've been taking my care there since 1996 and I've always been treated fairly and been provided with exceptional service at a great price. As a woman that had a dad that fixed all her car woes growing up, and especially as a young woman starting college (away from said dad) as I was then, it meant a lot to me to find a place that I could trust in a new city. John and Don have never let me down, and they have gotten me out of a jam more times than I can count. They truly treat me as if I was their own daughter. I will never hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and even now living near Irondequoit (like you!!) I still make the time to take my car out to them in Henrietta when I need service. You will not regret using them!
