I haven’t lived in Riverton long but I have appreciated the accommodating services of Property Management, as they have highly regarded my families needs and concerns. I really appreciate the level of communication between myself and Property management. I love the amount of space my family now has. Maintenance is responsive! Property management is always willing to help in any way that they can to ensure my family is comfortable & happy. My family & I enjoy living in Riverton in such a quiet neighborhood.

Have been very patient with my job change needs so long as I communicate and have a game plan going forward. The maintenance is always addressed quickly and efficiently. I love the peaceful, walkable neighborhood and cozy atmosphere.

*** IF YOU DO NOT SMOKE OR GET SICK BY SECOND HAND SMOKE, DO NOT LIVE HERE***I currently live here with my boyfriend and dog. This place seemed okay and we were in a rush to get moved for job locations.Everything seemed great at first, then we had unsupervised children traumatize our puppy and I had to spend hours each day trying to help her unlearn those traits. There was 3 occurrences with the children until finally management stepped in.We’ve have multiple appliances that had issues and that were “fixed” but ultimately nothing was.We were never told that smoking was not prohibited when initially signing our lease and moving in. It was later when our apartment started to smell like smoke and I got sick out of nowhere, and still do when in the apartment too long, that we issued a complaint to management. They basically said there’s nothing they could do but encourage residents to smoke in the designated areas. I’ve found multiple cigarette butts around our complex and had to rip one out of my dogs mouth. My clothes smell like smoke and one specific closet in the apartments REAKS of smoke. The parking lots are hazardous with people and residents parking on the sides or making it difficult to park. And the other picture is what you get at 9:00 PM on a Thursday night. A huge semi truck that’s backed into the residential area that had my dog barking up a storm. If you’re looking for somewhere peaceful and worth the price, this is not it.

We have lived here 3 years. We haven’t have outside lighting in our parking lot for the entire time we have been living here. Our dryer has been getting progressively worse, taking longer and longer to dry. We were told by maintenance unless it breaks and doesn’t work at all, they won’t replace it. Every summer, our air conditioner ends up breaking but they won’t replace it. Even though they have admitted the HVAC system isn’t strong enough for the townhouses. One of our neighbors had another neighbor attempt to break into their townhouse, and nothing was done. The outside patio has been damaged since we moved. Made a maintenance request and it was closed before anyone looked at it. It’s not even, the cracks are so large our kids trip and fall outside. We also have a chunk missing from the stairs where the rebar is showing.

Been here about two years and the apartment is fine if not a bit overpriced for what it is. What’s annoying is the amenities fee ($90). The only amenities are cable, internet, and a gym, but the gym is hardly open and when it is it’s usually unclean because of lack of maintenance or vandalized from a lack of security. Last year at this time they informed us there would be a key card security system placed on the gym, that has yet to be installed. Definitely thinking about moving somewhere else after my lease is over.Update: Recently had a vehicle broken into so the safety of the complex has not improved. No change about the amenities and gym as well.

Amazing staff. Had some minor fixes and they had a new washer in, fixed the dish washer, and fixed the mail key all with a week.

Walking trails are great! All maintenance requests have been taken seriously and addressed. Jenna in the office has been helpful whenever we need anything. Also love having our own private patio with fence for our son to play outside!

Facilities are ok, maintenance is ok, nothing stellar, but bearable. If you want to exercise, forget about the gym, as it's been locked for (on and off) 2 years, no notices, nothing. When it snows, walking paths in the winter are inaccessible and not cleaned up, so you walk the street, not the paths - until the snow melts on its own.Off leash dogs more frequent than one would want.Management not responsive to requests for improvement, and pretty much ignores them.Stay away, look elsewhere where, if you pay for something, you get your money's worth.

My fiancé and I have been at Riverton for a year now and we have been so happy being here! The office staff and maintenance staff have all been incredible throughout our stay. We’ve had two major appliance issues while being here and maintenance was great at getting the issues fixed. They ended up replacing both appliances for us so easily and other issues we’ve have were fixed and attended to in a timely manner! The office staff is very helpful and friendly whenever I reach out to them. They genuinely care to make you feel so comfortable and happy in your home! I have personally spoken with Jenna multiple times and she goes above and beyond each time to make sure any questions or concerns are addressed and handled the best way. We are really happy with our time here so far and have recommended Riverton Knolls to others looking for apartments or townhomes and we will continue to do so!

Like anywhere there are pros and Cons.Pros: great walkability nice walking paths. My dog loves it. Spacious living & bedroom The apartment was clean when I moved in. Cons: I rented my apartment without a walk through as I lived out of state. I moved into 1 bedroom No microwave? Most modern apartments have a stove & microwave unit. Not this one the controls on the stove are still analog. No water filter or ice dispenser on fridge they don’t give you Ice cube trays. They didn’t give me the correct apartment number at first then blamed it on a computer print out. In the onboarding email the phone number to get my electric transferred in my name at RG&E was for MEDICARE? The other number was for billing not account transfer which I found out after being on hold for an hour Jenna replied to this review with a very insulting “perhaps you dialed the wrong number” email. Well Jenna your welcome to try the numbers you gave me. I was living in an large U.S. city and the rent is more expensive here, with older appliances. Very overpriced Morgan Properties who owns this complex uses RealPage so they are going to collude and gouge for rent if you read these reviews only 3 years ago a single BDR was about $800 my rent 1,480/per month., need to upgrade appliances. So budget for a microwave on your expenses if your moving here. The Gym they advertise is only open from 7am - 4pm you can’t workout before work or after work.

I can honestly say I enjoyed my stay here. Any questions I had Jenna and Anna they was very helpful. If you're looking for a place where you can feel relaxed and call home this is the place. I really enjoy my long walks before winter began

Riverton Knolls is truly a safe & beautiful community, filled with wonderful neighbors, great parks & recreational areas. When you include the 5 Star maintenance team it only adds to the experience. Riverton's team of maintenance professionals have a lot on their plate, because the community is so vast, but when they come it's literally like seeing David Hasselhoff running down the beach on Baywatch (heroes in action)....corny jokes aside, these guys truly save lives. Our family greatly appreciates their hard work & diligence. Even during the height of the pandemic, these guys have always done an amazing job. Riverton is a great place to call home.

This is a beautiful home and community of people, pets, and nature. A peaceful, pleasant, safe, and happy place. This is a truly one of a kind community- a blend of apartments, townhomes, and houses with all ages and family demographics. My husband, myself, and our pup have thoroughly enjoyed the endless trails, nature, and neighbors. Our apartment was very spacious inside with a nice sized patio to sit out on that overlooked the pond in the northeast corner of Riverton. Everything about this place was a pleasant experience. Having Jenna Swingle on staff in the office always made navigating the renting aspect stress-free. She is very kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will miss this place immensely.

We have lived at Riverton Knolls for 2 years and we love being here! Our rent is very reasonable and Jenna, the office manager, is very sweet and assists in a very timely manner. We’ve had an issue with our paper bill being incorrect and not matching up with our online rent portal (Jenna clarifies very quickly for us). I would like to see the garbage around the Maintenance area cleaned up and maintained a bit better. Maintance is very willing to help with any issues you may have within your apartment. Glad we renewed our lease with Riverton !!

Update/Edit: Everything positive (in my original review below) still stands, but the community WiFi situation here has made this a very difficult place to live during the COVID19 shutdown. Both my fiance and I have to work from home and we don't have reliable internet thanks to Riverton's unfortunate partnership with Spectrum. The community WiFi is extremely difficult to connect to - if you have a printer, Chromecast, or PS4 that you enjoy, dont plan on having those things in one of these apartments - and it often disconnects and drops signal. We have not been able to reconnect our Smart TV since it dropped off the wifi; thankfully, my fiance had an extra router and was able to hardwire via Ethernet. His computer has to be hardwired too for ANY stable signal... Unfortunately my laptop doesnt have an Ethernet option... Spectrum has been ENTIRELY USELESS in their support for community WiFi and cable. We've been paying for cable in our rent for almost 2 years now, and cant even use it because we didnt use it frequently enough and it got disconnected(!? - who knew you had to turn it on and change the channel every 30 days, amd if you don't they have to physically send a technician to your appartment to reconnect it!? Thats BS). So we're paying for nothing.... When the WiFi goes down, the technicians at Spectrum literally dont even know what you are talking about when you say you have community WiFi. When you finally get excalated to someone who knows what community WiFi is, they are often unable to help you anyway (this was the case with our Chromecast, which they told us was simply not going to work on this type of Wi-Fi). Basically, if you need stable access to the internet, I cant recommend living here, which really sucks because there are so many other positives to this place.Original Review: It's a beautiful area, with plenty of well lit walking trails. I feel safe walking at night with my dog. Jenna, the property manager, is wonderful and always very helpful when I go into the office. She listens to concerns and communicates with staff immediately. When I reported a hornets' nest in our utilities room, she had the maintenance staff and exterminator in to fix it within hours! Any time I've submitted a maintenance request, it has been resolved very quickly, and the maintenance staff are nice and will greet you when they see you walking in the area. The apartments are aging a little bit, but still in very good shape, and a GREAT PRICE for the location and living conditions. We will definitely be renewing our lease.
