An hour after my clearly marked driveway was seal coated. The delivery driver walked on my still wet driveway and left footprints on it. I'm beside myself. How could someone be that stupid. The driver just damaged my driveway and said nothing. No resolution so far. The package has tar on it. This happened in Leroy NY.

Can I givea negative number? 4 times in the past 2 months, my deliveries were not delivered to me when I scheduled the delivery. I am a fool for paying for the pleasure of NOT receiving my deliveries.
If calling Fedex for help, they will EVENTUALLY get you to a live person (who may or may not speak English). The CS phone reps are pleasant and say they are helping, but in the end, I did not receive my delivery.
I was told that I had a "supervisor" assigned to my case and they would call me back......but no phone call.
I know I will always use USPS or UPS for my shipping and NOT Fedex

FedEx is the worst. I talked with a driver. About one of my last packages. He said he would make it where I didn't have to sign for the package. So I don't have to miss a day of work waiting for them to come to my house. Now the package that I need is. Back on the truck because it needs to be signed for. You can't speak to anyone local. Just AI or foreigners from over seas. That have no clue what they're doing. If it were up to me. I would NEVER use FedEx.

I have a package in west henrietta rochester ny which is an hour away from where I live. The package has been there for 3 days & don't have a status on when it will be delivered. I offered to pickup the package @ that location but they were unable to let me do that. Frustrating !!!

I just stayed home all day to sign for a package. I was literally sitting at my front door from 6:00 PM until 6:40 PM expecting the driver. Looked online and the FedEx tracker said the driver attempted delivery at 6:31 PM. Even better, the package was back in West Henrietta at 6:58. It takes over 40 minutes at 65 mph to get from my house to the West Henrietta using the parkway. So either the driver was exceeding 80 mph, or the driver was lying. 1-star is not low enough.

I just got a third notice for the third day in a row that my package, which was out for delivery AGAIN, was delayed due to weather. It's 50° and sunny. I've changed my work plans two days in a row to sign for this package. Quit with the laziness and just deliver it!!!!
