Fed-x driver dropped off package in my driveway and leaked a substantial amount of oil in my driveway that had recently been sealed, I called several times to complain I was told it would be taken care of its been 3 weeks and still nothing has been done but to say I am sorry this really is sorry customer relations.

Supposed to get my package today, FedEx driver has my name and address on his scanner but no package!!! Third time had problems with FedEx and going to ask shipper to send it thru another delivery service!!!

Class act worker not doing their job on video. UPS, USPS, and Amazon destroys these guys in service EVERY single time. Joke of a company. Every shipment i get from FedEx is always 'not able to be delivered' even when home.
Your quality employee is running around with a handful of door tags (Yes a literal stack in his hand on video) instead of delivering/attempting packages trying to get a quick easy day in without doing any real work. The box was the size of my hand and he couldn't even attempt. He did not even knock or ring the doorbell, quick dash and littered on my property as the door tag was so quickly rushed it fell off and he ignored it. To be honest i could care less at this point with dozens of trash delivery attempts from FedEx over the years. Have fun with your high quality employee base!! Every chance i get i will tell a seller/buyer i refuse to use this service. Clowns.

Fed ex is awful. They literally lied about not delivering my package for 2 days because of the weather. And of course, there is no way to call a local fed ex shipping hub. BEWARE OF FED EX

I orders something online, fed ex calls to tell me my order is 8 days from being delivered per delivery manager. Every single day there after I got an email and a call saying I would recieve it the next day. We are 5 days into this 6 emails and my package still isn’t here. Believe it or not people there is usps and ups and dhl and a lot of more options for shipping. I called the 800 number where the junk automated system hung up on me several times for 3 days in a row. Fed ex sucks. Go ups!!! . All the proof is in the puddin. Fed ex watch ups and usps and take notes. Grow up and act right

Brought in a car muffle pipe to ship. They refused to ship it using the suggested packaging steps per FedEx website which was to wrap the ends with bubble wrap and tape. Ended up finding a big enough box to ship for $90. Kinda seemed like the employee wanted to find the easiest solution and didn't care what the cost was

They suck!!!! Customer service is out sourced to another country. They have no clue what to do. They're paided to say I'm sorry. Bottom line I received a message saying the FedEx Ground drive attempted to deliver to my house. BS! I watched the truck drive right by and then receive a message saying they attempted to deliver it to me. Thank you FedEx Ground for sucking!!
