I just stayed home all day to sign for a package. I was literally sitting at my front door from 6:00 PM until 6:40 PM expecting the driver. Looked online and the FedEx tracker said the driver attempted delivery at 6:31 PM. Even better, the package was back in West Henrietta at 6:58. It takes over 40 minutes at 65 mph... read full comment

Your service stinks. My package was left at the wrong apartment. The right address was on the package. Lazy staff you have. Or maybe they can't read. I would never do your company.

An hour after my clearly marked driveway was seal coated. The delivery driver walked on my still wet driveway and left footprints on it. I'm beside myself. How could someone be that stupid. The driver just damaged my driveway and said nothing. No resolution so far. The package has tar on it. This happened in Leroy NY.
