I lived here about 3 years ago and from 2016-2020, and I came back to give a review because I realized how much I missed living here. I moved out of the area otherwise I would live here again. The staff was incredible. The apartments were reasonably priced. The land is lovely to go on walks/runs. The community was just, great. As someone who is still thinking about this place, it's a top recommendation for me.

Great management, maintenance is always quick to resolve any issues, and the location has plenty of green space, walking trails, and a large pond to enjoy in the middle of the property. Keep an eye out for the geese and their chicks in the spring!

I've been a resident at Erie Station Village for nearly 4 yrs now, and I have to say that this is a wonderful place to live. Both residents and staff have been friendly and helpful, and this feels more like a community than an apartment complex.I want to also give a special shout out to the ESV Maintenance Department....they've gone above and beyond for me and for so many other residents as well, have always been right there with an immediate response to a question or request, and have treated me and my dog Hudson like family. Thank you to every single one of you. 5 stars for sure!!

I have lived here for about two years now. Overall, it's a very nice place to live. The design of the buildings and layout of the complex make you feel like you are in an English village away from the hustle of life. There are unpaved walking trails with ponds to enjoy, though one trail is frequently covered in garbage from a nearby business's uncovered dumpster. All of the staff are very nice and historically have been responsive to questions and needs. However, if you have breathing problems or a dog (or a cat you bring outside on a leash!) I wouldn't recommend living here. The biggest issue, and truly the only issue, is that every spring and summer, they have a pesticide company come and apply chemicals to all of the lawns and shrubs 3-5 times. These lawn pesticides are factually known to be toxic to both humans and animals (search for the recent $2 billion Roundup lawsuit, and that's just one of the pesticides applied). I have mild difficulty breathing for 1-2 weeks after each application until we have had a couple of significant rainfalls to wash most of the pesticides away, and I have no diagnosis of breathing problems. My young and otherwise healthy dog has also developed a growth since living here which the vet says is likely from exposure to the lawn pesticides. On a silly note, the grass always looks burned and unhealthy after the chemicals are applied. I truly don't understand the reason for use. But anyway, if they'd ditch the pesticides they'd get 5 stars.

Lovely place. Great maintenance staff and office staff. Maintenance shows up so quickly! Great amenities. Thin floors and walls in mansion apartments, so that sucks, but I’d recommend living here.

I absolutely love everything about living at Erie Station Village except for the maintenance. They are all very nice people but do not stick to schedules. We have only needed to call them for a few problems since living here and every single time they don't answer. When they finally call back they either say they will be right over, but never show up, or schedule a time for a different day, then never showed up. We needed a new hot water tank and new toilet and both times took weeks to get them in our apartment and dozens of phone calls trying to reach them. Like I said, when they finally come they are very nice and get the job done but have messed up our schedule for the day multiple times and it is very frustrating.

I lived at Erie Station for three years (2017-2020) and I was spoiled by this place. I lived in a studio and it was great to not have anyone above or below you and you only shared 1 wall. It was so quiet. They keep the entire complex really clean, plowed (in the winter) and nice, and I like how there are community gardens. I have since moved out of state for a new job, but I do miss this community so much. Also, the front office staff, especially Renee, are so nice and amazing.

Lived here for 1.5 years. Pretty good apartments, starting to show their age with the appliances and needed my water heater replaced but maintenance was great about every issue I’ve had. The rent is way too high for the area though. Almost $1000 for a studio is insane, when you’re so far out from everything.

I truly believe this is THE best place in Rochester. It's a bit pricy, but totally worth it. The houses are well maintained and always in an excellent condition. The landscape is beautiful and they take very good care of the neighborhood. The moment you set foot in this place, you feel home. I lived here for seven years now, and I totally love it. The place is very family friendly. I can't say enough good things about the leasing office staff and the maintenance crew. They are very nice and they truly care about the tenants.Things I believe make this place standout from others:- The houses and apartments offer a large and open living space area. Much larger than other places in Rochester.- The houses come with excellent appliances. Washer/Dryer included within unit, which is great compared to other apartment buildings with shared areas.- You can have your own car garage. It is a must with all the snow we get in Rochester.- The internet service is through GreenLight, which is a fantastic provider. They offer a fiber optic internet. It is an amazingly stable and fast internet. This provider is only available in a handful of places, so it's a big bonus.- The leasing office is great, and they go out of their way to help you out.- The maintenance crew is amazing. They are very responsive and they will take very good care of all your problems and needs.- The lake, streets, trees, the whole landscape is such a joy to the eye.Overall, I highly recommend this place.

I moved into Erie station village about 7 month’s ago and it turned out to be a nightmare in December the maintenance came into my unit to change the furnace filter and I saw theFurnace door removed and the safety switch taped I asked the maintenance man if it was safe and his response was yes well needless to say under Cember 22nd the furnace went on fire and destroyed everything in my unit and they did not want to take fault for what they had done so now we have a lawsuit pending do not move into Erie Station Village they’re the worst community in Rochester the worst
