51 Howard Rd, Rochester“Extremely Friendly customer service for sure but I had to change my review unfortunately because I had my car in for 2 days for some front end work,brakes and oil change done and when it was finished there was a coolant leak and there was never one prior as the mechanic also said and when I tried to address it the owner was nice but the mechanic said there was NO way it could have happened there and wouldn't put it on the lift to look to see where it was leaking so now I am stuck with another issue and I understand accidents happen but it is how you look into it and try to help the customer after spending $1,140 of work! Not cool and disappointed to be fair.”

“You never *want* to have to buy a car because your old one died. But, I recently found myself down one Jetta recently, and after doing a cursory search of the Rochester subreddit, I heard many good things about Jessica nee Molye Chevrolet.
Not only were the Bolts on my mind for the ecofriendliness, but the tax credits and price point made it all the sweeter. After reaching out using the online portal, I soon heard from Sales Specialist Karen.
Karen was kind, attentive, and client-centered. Did I want to chat over the phone, or did I prefer email? What is my commute like? Have I driven an EV before? Karen was not pushy in the least, and in point of order, she challenged me to think on my driving needs and what model would be most appropriate for my use case.
I saw Karen speak at a public green energy event in Lima, and was won over by her affable and pragmatic pitch for driving electric. In truth, my adoption is less to do with being ecofriendly, but seeing family and friends go electric with little hassle, and enjoying some sweet, low maintenance cars as a result.
Karen was a breath of fresh air in a market of "sign, sign, sign" sales associates, and supported me from salutation to sale. The day I picked up my car, I was just behind a fella who was on his 7th truck bought through Jessica Chevrolet - and I can certainly see why!”

“I inquired about an vehicle through their online question submittal. they contacted me the next morning and I set up an appointment for later that day to test drive it, and was put in contact with(the best salesperson I have ever had ) Kaya. I loved the vehicle and put a deposit on it. I couldnt take it home that day because it was having recall work done on it. i was supposed to pick it up a few days later ,but they were still waiting on a part. I work out of town most weeks , and with me being out of town the next week , I couldnt get back up there to close the deal until the following saturday. Kaya went far above and beyond and drove the new vehicle to my house in Syracuse dropped it in my driveway and drove my trade in back to Rochester!! I docusigned every thing and never had to return to the dealership. very good dealership & Kaya is a GREAT salesperson & I have zero "buyers remorse"!”
“Store # 2927390 Spencerport RoadI went there with the intent of purchasing a new battery for my mother's car which I drove up from Florida to Rochester over this past weekend. I inquired about a new battery and to have them look into as to why my check engine light was on. I was met by Andrew and Camden, who where very friendly, cordial and professional. Mair M. (I hope I spelled it correctly) was the gentleman who performed the check engine diagnostic and told me it was an issue with my gas cap. He also performed a battery check and it came out that the battery was just fine. I then asked about new low beam headlights. Mair was extremely knowledgeable and personable and provided me the best service I've ever had at any auto store. And I'm 52 years of age, so I've been in and out of them for a while now. Mair changed out my low beam lights, and was done within about 5 minutes. I am huge customer service person, and Mair epidemies the pinnacle of customer service excellence. He is the type of person that any company needs to hire, I know I wish I could. So if you're looking for amazing customer service, so see Mair! You won't be disappointed. Absolutely Amazing!”
“**** * 03/19/2024Last month I needed minor collision work done my new car. On a recommendation from a friend,I visited Sofia Collision and Frame. I met with owners for an estimate and description of the repair work and parts that would be needed. They gave me a tour of their immaculate shop and state of the art equipment. I was given a date of completion, pending parts. They met that date on time. When I picked up the car, I noticed they detailed the car inside an out. “Top-notch customer service. I hit a deer. The damage seemed insanely comprehensive. Crash Champions made it easy to schedule my visit online. When I arrived, the receptionist quickly reviewed the info with me, took a look at the car, then gave me a useful overview of what to expect from the process including tips like: Don't forget to snag your EZPass, garage door opener and phone charger! She helped me through the rental car process and made it easy to return the rental by simply leaving the keys at the desk when I came to pickup my repaired vehicle. I received regular notifications throughout the process, starting with a projected completion date, then regular updates as the parts came in and services were completed. (The work was done with impressive finesse, and the completion date was so early that I saved hundreds when returning my rental car early.) There were some really nice finishing touches along the way too, like answering all my questions and concerns when picking up the vehicle (zomg, went a long way in easing the anxiety experienced around losing my vehicle for a time after the crash), printing a second copy of the bill so I could stick one in my records and send the other along with the certification required by insurance, and exceptional after-care in answering questions that I had a few days after completion. Absolutely exceptional! I highly recommend.”
